It's an average hotel. They double charged me for breakfast. My reservation included breakfast for 2, and then when I ate breakfast they added it to the bill. Be careful.

It was a horrible experience for not only me but for my wife as well.We came in late from an ash release for my mom and ended up sleeping on the couch! We did our usual bed check and found stains on the sheets, apparently it was from unusual activities,also it had a blood stain around the same area! We seen a blood stain by the tv that looks like someone tried to clean it but didn’t succeed! We had to sleep on the couch,with a malfunction air conditioner that was set the 68 all night! You guys gotta do better!

Will not stay with Hilton again
Check in clerk was very flustered due to complaints from visitors. Two people in front of us complained about house keeping.
Our bathroom floor was sticky.
No hot water the entire stay. Plumbing issues. AC would only cycle for less than 1 minutes even with us moving around in the room.

I wish they would have had hot water. It wasn't 100% cold but both me and my girlfriend had a long day and were wanting a hot shower. It wasn't an option. Front desk clerk really appeared to be in over his head. Perhaps new. I did request extra pillows and had to keep asking because housekeeping was gone for the day and the front desk clerk seemed to have his hands very full

Clean, Comfortable, and Courteous but No Hot Tub
The hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and overall comfortable. The beds are not the best, but we slept decent for two nights. It was disappointing to find out the hot tub had been filled in and cemented over, since that was one of the reasons to choose this hotel, but the pool is heated and covered. The bar is really nice with an outdoor patio and the food is delicious. Room service is offered but the hotel did not have the staff to send someone to the room so we went down to get it ourselves and wound up having a few drinks at the bar. The hotel is located very close to many restaurants, shops, and Interstate access so that was convenient. Parking is safe, well lit, and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk personnel were great. Breakfast that was paid for in advance was unclear. Not the normal setup seen at other motels. Lots of walking to get to elevators.

Pay attention staff!
People were sleeping in the hall. Later police responded to an altercation on the 4th floor. Woke us up in the middle of the night.
