A very nice hotel on the edge of St. Helier. Only a 15 minute walk to the main town. Staff are friendly, rooms very nice (massive bed - stayed in a Spa Room) and clean. There’s a good selection of drinks in the bar but they are a bit pricey; along with evening meals (£25 for a chicken Caesar salad) so venture out for evening food. Breakfast was the norm but got a bit ‘samey’ after a few days. The on-site spa is very nice, had a lovely massage. The pools themselves are quite cold. Overall a nice place but not worthy of 5 stars.
A relaxing island getaway with indoor and outdoor pools.

This is an amazing hotel. It is in a great location only about 4 mins from the main shopping area. Our room was large, very clean and well decorated. Food was amazing with a varied menu for our evening meal. The staff were fantastic, attentive, friendly and very hardworking. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jersey.

The room was very clean. Flexible check-in and out. We arrived there very early morning, hoping to leave our luggage, but Hakim, the owner, let us have the room instead. We really appreciate it because we left our home at 4am and were so exhausted. WiFi was good too. My friend and I had to work remotely for a few hours on our checkout day, so we did it in a waiting room(shared space) with cosy sofas. and there was no problem with WiFi. About 10 mins walk to the town centre and a small local shop (Morrisons) is within 3 min walk. Overall, we’d like to thank Hakim for a warm welcome!
The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes walk to the beach and sea bathing beach, can also walk to the city center, downstairs is the Michelin restaurant, very delicious. The SPA in the hotel is co-branded with the website of a beauty and skin care brand. It is necessary to make an appointment one day in advance. After experiencing it, it is very relaxing and relaxing. There is a bus stop next to it, so it's very convenient to go to the zoo.
Very good living experience, although the location is a bit far from the city center, but the price is also corresponding to the affordable point, and the facilities, environment, service are good, there is a supermarket next to it, the sea is opposite the road, very quiet. Also bring a bar. Recommended ~

So happy we chose Saco apartments, we had a great time in Jersey. The location was excellent - close to everything we needed, restaurants, bus station, all the main sights of St Helier. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay, including plenty of towels, lovely toiletries, and the essential iron and hairdryer! Kitchen facilities were good; we ate in a couple of times. Staff were lovely and friendly, and really keen to make sure we enjoyed our trip and help in any way they could. If we had any very minor criticism it would be that there was some traffic noise early in the morning - we were on the ground floor facing the road so were woken by the bin men! But apart from that everything was 100% and we would definitely recommend the apartments and stay again.
The service / staff are amazing here. There is a Portuguese girl on reception who is really sweet and another European girl on reception too. There is a cocktail specialist in the bar who really knows his stuff (I think he’s Indian).
Staff at the breakfast in the morning are really good too! Try the oat milk latte.
Big disappointments are: the single beds are uncomfortable in the twin rooms with awful pillows. The pool in the spa is a bit dirty, the lighting gives the perception that the environment is cleaner than it actually is. The breakfast has no fresh fruit, surely you can provide daily watermelon, fresh pineapple and melon etc.
The room is large. The toilet flush button is not easy to use, and the heating is not on at night, so it is quite cold. The service attitude is very good, the breakfast is not bad, and the restaurant environment is elegant and comfortable.
