We have eaten lunch here several times now, and the food is always excellent. On our last visit I had calves liver, with a delicious, very buttery mash. It was exceptional! The sauce was so flavourful and the liver perfectly cooked. Hubby had duck and was equally impressed. The staff are always friendly, and it is a characterful dining room! Love it.

We have been going to Auberge du Val for years. It is, without any shadow of doubt, the best restaurant on Guernsey. The laid-back vibe, the cosy log fire in the winter and food that is without comparison on the island, ensure that we return time and time again. In fact, why bother going anywhere else only to be met with poor service, inflated prices and mediocre/poor food? Keep up the amazing work guys, we love you!! :-)

A popular and busy place with a distinct Spanish influence in the menu. The food is well cooked and presented in a cosy atmosphere, though the smoke blowback from the open fire may require your clothes to be washed afterwards.

We visited this restaurant for a birthday meal .The menu was so interesting and the wine list ..My son started with the octopus dish which he really enjoyed .I had the park skewers and the sauce they were in was delicious. My son and husband choose the beef dish with the romesca sauce which they both really enjoyed .My husband and I shared the baklava with dates pudding it was very nice
