The hotel staff was great, helping us at all times with parking and the areas to visit. My wife was pregnant and they provided us with food options adapted to her at all times, the beds were very comfortable and the area, despite being a party area, did not make any noise.
I took a room with breakfast package (which is clearly marked when booking on the site) + proof on my receipt but I was told that breakfast is not included. I did show the receipt indicating this but the information the hotel received was not correct indicating that no breakfast. They don't want to hear too much. Anyway, so as not to make a fuss about it, I said OK.
If I knew, I took another formula. A little disappointing from trip.com
A very comfortable place, you can count on everything you need to spend a good vacation, the food is good and the service is great, the cleaning is fine.

It’s really great. I spent a great moment in that hotel and everybody was kind and helped me a lot. So I thanked them for things those they have done for me and wow I loved their meals and their services. ❤️
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the bedroom), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.
The hotel is nice and well located. Depending on your trip intentions moving by public transport takes minimum a ride of 30 mins so if you want to just relax this hotel is a great option. The rooms smelled like humidity and they should look into repairing it specially if it goes through the furniture (the side of the kitchen on my apartment was pretty bad) and the sea room I was given had no sea view due to other buildings. The staff is extremely nice and helpful a d willing to help if anything happens.
The hotel itself is quite big and the rooms/apartments are great, but they need renovation. Other than that I had a great time!
Basically a great place to stay.
There is a kettle in the room, as well as instant coffee, tea, and sugar. Hair dryer and refrigerator, toiletries include shower gel (shampoo and body) and soap. It was a beautiful room. The indoor pool was lukewarm and just right, and the sauna was also nice. Breakfast also includes salads, several types of bread, and a lot of food (*dishes and breads are boiled every day*, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, quiche, croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish. Other sweets have also changed little by little), especially bacon. The sausages were delicious. There was also a coffee machine and juicer, which seemed to be sufficient. The location is also very good, just a few minutes from the beach. The surrounding restaurants also looked good. The lounge is also beautiful.
The weak point is that the staff is a bit rushed. At breakfast, I was asked multiple times if I could take down the unused plates, and an hour before check-out I was asked when I could start cleaning. And then there's the noise in the hallway. Speech sounds can be heard quite a lot. I think it depends on the location and other guests.
The self catering accommodation is pretty basic but had everything I needed. Location is great, just a few minutes from seafront, national aquarium and bus station with good links to rest of malta. Its worth noting that check in is done at sister hotel Canifor. Not the quietest of places to stay but the walls are thick
All dropped beautiful. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. In the structure there are two swimming pools and a jacuzzi on the terrace. Memorable stay
Thank you for the extra touch of service! Would appreciated if we were informed about the swimming pool which was undergoing refurbishment when we were there.

Outstanding
LLesleyI had such a fabulous experience at this hotel. I've stayed on Malta and this hotel is the very best.
Great value for Money as you get alot included such as free safe, a mini bar (first time ) dressing gown and slippers. Gorgeous smelling shower gel, hand and body lotion, Netflix, pool towel and can be changed for a fresh one. Other hotels you have to pay extra for all these things
Loved the fresh orange juice machine maker ( no other hotel on Malta has one ) honeycomb and fresh to made omelettes. Food is outstanding!
I loved to see Vivi, Sofi, Petya and Subina from a previous hotel I stayed at - these staff are first class.
All staff were very helpful
Same General Manager and Food and beverage Manager from a previous hotel I stayed that's why this hotel is extremely well run.
Most comfiest beds too and gorgeous rooms - and immaculate cleaning daily.
Loved watching the sun go down on the roof top pool,
Loved my stay. Will be returning soon
I went for 3 nights and extended and stayed 8 nights as just loved it.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at pebbles resort for three nights, and overall, it was a good experience.
Here’s my detailed feedback:
Positives:
1. Breakfast: The breakfast was really nice with a good variety of options to start the day right.
2. Jacuzzi and Indoor Pool: Both were clean and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience.
3. Room Quality: The room was warm, clean, and comfortable—ideal for a relaxing stay.
4. Staff: The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any queries.
5. Value for Money: I booked through Trip.com and got an excellent deal for three nights, including access to amenities and breakfast, which added great value to the stay.
Negatives:
1. Indoor Pool Roof: Unfortunately, there was mold on the roof area above the indoor pool. This looked unhygienic and could potentially be a health concern for guests with allergies or asthma.
2. Noise Disturbance: The noise from guests in the surrounding rooms was a major issue. People were talking loudly in the corridors at midnight on multiple occasions, disrupting my sleep.
3. Missing Room Amenities: The room lacked certain basic amenities such as bathrobes, shampoo, an iron, still water, and a properly functioning TV. The TV was outdated, had no internet connection, and only a few channels in foreign languages.
Overall Impression:
While the stay was enjoyable thanks to the friendly staff, good breakfast, and clean amenities, there are areas for improvement. The management should address the mold issue in the pool area, enforce better noise control, and provide essential amenities in the rooms to enhance guest satisfaction.
I would recommend this resort for the price and comfort but with a few reservations about the points mentioned.

The location is super. Bus stop just a few meters away, also testarants and ports with many offers for boat tours.. Nightlife walking accessible. Bus station nearby with extensive range offer. Supermarket, minimarkets and other shops.
Equipment, and comfort: The beds - mattresses, kiss, ceilings - are very comfortable.. Air conditioning works well and quiet, noise-smooth doors, darkness hangs, coffee and tea preparation, small refrigerator, smart TV, not bright. The view of the pool on the roof is very beautiful. Breakfast is extensive and certainly something for every taste. There are other restaurants in the house to which I can't say anything. The saunas and the indoor pool are a nice extra. The fitness room is large and equipped with many modern devices. Spa offers are available. All rooms have a balcony. Neighbors have not heard, rooms seem not bright. We experienced the service staff very friendly and helpful. Sustainability: There is only 1 towel per person (which can always be exchanged, instead of countless for the roof pool
There are no contrasts, only small things. Matraces for large people could be a little longer. The double bed is single beds moved together. Accordingly, with visitor ridges. Sustainability: in the room the small individual packs for coffee, at breakfast the small individual packs for butter, the towels for the roof terrace could be longer. What was really very bad was the noise scenes on the balcony, which was therefore not really useful. Noise came from electrical aggregate or a mega-air conditioning from the house. The view of the side room had side sea view, but also a view of the neighborhood (3rd floor) that reminded a building site. Therefore the offer price for the double room with breakfast of €72 was also justified.
UuchuyofficialHotel is very nice. Newly renovated buildings. Service is great, always welcomed and very nice except at the top deck pool, where we used the jacuzzi (free of charge) but it was designated for other guests, even though there were other free jacuzzis. Everything else is fine, especially front office, floor manager and housekeeping.
Unfortunately, Trip.com made an incorrect booking at the hotel. According to Trip.com we get sea view but when booking hotel we get land view. Luckily the hotel was very nice and the room was changed.
GGuest UserGreat sea view room, the sea is endless
Adults and children like to go out, it is convenient to have, the price is very cheap, and breakfast is included. I will come again next time
GGuest UserThe service at the pool bar was poor.
It was hard to get a clean table for breakfast.
The worst part of the holiday was that we were in room 242 and the hotel were doing something the room next to us which resulted in being woken up at 7am every morning to loud hammering and drilling - totally out of order when your on holiday
AAnjaThe hotel is OK, in line with the price, but you can't complain. The staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast is good.
Tip: There is no shampoo or shower gel, it's best to take a small one with you.
GGuest UserVery mixed evaluation. The hotel is good and very well located, however:
- the staff is not often there. We told Maria at reception that our mini-bar was not cooling. Answer, a mini-bar does not cool. We of course had two rooms and in the other, it was completely cold, even too cold. By moving the electrical outlet, it worked. It was reported but no one ever came.
- room cards that didn't work three times. Every time we pass, we are told that this happens and the third time, we are told that it is because the tourist tax is not paid. Ironically, we went to reception twice to do this but were told later.
- incredible noise in the hotel. The hotel receives groups of young teenagers and they are hellish, we couldn't really sleep until 1-2am.
- if you want to reach the reception, pray that your room is with the new facilities. My daughter got a new room and we got a less new one. The telephone did not work and despite reporting it to reception, nothing was done.
Otherwise the hotel is good, comfortable, the indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi very good and the restaurant service is excellent. We hesitated with the Seaview and ultimately regretted it.
Despite the hotel's good points, we won't be coming back there again, that's for sure.
SSandra Sánchez RedínThe simple but clean rooms and the charming cleaning girls. We can't say the same about the reception staff, they didn't even leave us a pen. Not all of them, but there were a couple who were quite unfriendly.
GGuest UserI traveled to Malta alone and chose the Primera Hotel as one of the cheapest options in Malta. In principle, the travel guide says that Valletta is the best place to stay, but I would not agree with this, as it is an hour from St. Paul's Bay to Valletta, an hour to the ferry to Gozo and half an hour to Rabat/Mdina. Excursions such as to the Blue Grotto only go via Valletta and it takes 2 hours by bus. However, you can combine this with a travel route via Valletta or as the last spot before the airport.
The hotel was clean, the rooms were more than adequately equipped and for €8 you could book breakfast on site, which was a bit English but had something for everyone. The only thing that could be difficult is being able to eat more than just fruit and bread as a vegan.
