Stayed at my first Tru a couple of years ago and it is now my go to hotel. Love the atmosphere and style. Rooms are always modern and comfortable. Great value too

The convenience of having a warm pool during colder temperatures. The breakfast was really tasty and very nicely displayed. The front stay made sure I knew of every opportunity the Tru had to offer. Thank you for a welcoming stay. We will return.

The rooms have vinyl plank flooring as opposed to carpet. Although this is good for pet-friendliness, it makes the room noise far above normal. We ran the room a/c unit and a white noise app on our phone and still had difficulty sleeping until after midnight. When someone slams a nearby door, the bed physically shakes. If noise is not an issue for you, it was a great hotel and has many trendy amenities.

Rooms are VERY SMALL!
No closets you hang your items on the wall.
Ok for a night but a little cramped for 3 or more nights

The receptionist were all amazing! Jordan, Brianna and another beautiful young lady I forget her name. The GM Isha was also very nice. Overall besides a minor situation my stay was great!

The breakfast and ammenities in the lobby were great. In the room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with a walk-in shower. However, the lack of drawer space and closet for a three day stay was uncomfortable. The desk was small and a mirror above it would have been helpful with more than one guest in the room. We could have used a second chair also. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good each morning. The only thing I did not care for was there were no drawers in the room. There was not ample room for hanging clothes up.

Called the front desk to request 2 additional pillows. I was told they would try to locate them and would call me back, either way. Never received a call back or the pillows I requested.

An excellent bargain. I lobed the fact that you have to use your room key to operate the elevator, a nice security feature and I loved the spacious and well-stocked lobby. I will definitely be staying here again
