We loved the common and particularly outside spaces as well the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. What a lovely surprise that our car was washed in the morning! What was not good is that we booked 2 single beds and got a room with a queen bed instead. They offered to remedy it, but still... Also, there were plumbing issues in the bathroom that need to be sorted.

Clean rooms and pretty gardens. However we were put in the back rooms which do not have a good outlook. We found the back rooms expensive for what they were. The rooms at the front looked better and had a nice outlook over the garden. Ask for a front room if you stay here. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Please be warned that the road into St Lucia is under repair and it is not in a good state. Drivers be cautious as the standard of driving on the roads in KZN is not good.

We spent 3 nights at The Sandpiper. We had a nice and spacious room and the staff was very kind. They also helped arrange a tour for us and we enjoyed it a lot. Only thing that could be improved is having a manager always available (sometimes you can’t find anyone who can help..)

Very nice and clean room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and dinner. Excellent location and very beautiful garden. Just behind there were three rhinos passing by on the very first evening.

Nice room, everything what I needed was there. Clean room, large bathroom, small terrace near the room, beautiful garden and swimming pool, good breakfast. Very friendly staff!
