We just checked into Andreus - we specially asked to be in the Golf Lodge Adult only- because we are with 3 other couples from the US…. We even confirmed that our rooms were in the same building…. When we got here, we were separated from our group and put in regular Andreus, not the Adults Only. There are kids everywhere climbing on the bars, screaming outside our balcony on the lawn and in the pool. Alexander at the front desk of the Adults only hotel kept saying it was our fault and would not let us speak with a manager. Clearly English is poor and they didn’t understand what we requested and made the mistake. Horrible experience…. Go elsewhere

How can it be in ac resort that considers itself a family resort that cigars are allowed on the outside terrace. Absolutely disgusting, one person smoking a cigar and the whole terrace is impacted. It's not just here to be fair but should not be allowed

Stayed here for two nights as part of a trip around South Tirol. The reception is stylish and modern with the interior offering a cozy mountain lodge feel as well as luxury. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms modern and well appointed. There is a lot to do: Swimming, hiking, tennis, horse riding, wellness, spa, saunas, golf, fitness, yoga, or you can do nothing and just relax in the garden areas. The restaurant has a hybrid of buffet and table service. The food is quite good with a broad variety of dishes. It is a typical holiday resort buffet restaurant vibe but the positives are that you have an assigned table for your stay and good table service with friendly service staff. The mountain views are great and very calming. It is a resort for families and or couples. The clientele are predominantly German, Swiss and Austrian but all the hotel staff speak good English and make you feel welcome. In the main foyer they have a games lounge with computerized tables with many games, this was a lot of fun. The only negatives were that we were asked if we required a turn down night service on our first night (should be standard), which we said we did want, but our rooms were not serviced so we did not have any fresh towels for the pools or the bathroom for the next morning. Check out is at 10:30 (rather early for a resort) and we had the housekeepers enter our rooms before we checked out (before 10:30). The bathroom amenities are in large bottles and just the minimum (for a luxury resort this could be greatly improved). Pleasing was that they charge your electric car and give water bottles for your travels at check out. Compared to other luxury resorts with similar price ranges, I feel this resort could do more with the overseeing of the finer details and aspects of guest stays in order to exceed expectations. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

We went up for an overnight trip to celebrate a birthday. The location was amazing and the service was top notch. The food was very good and they made sure to take care of all of our special requests. They are very pet friendly and there multiple locations to walk with your pet that have stunning views.

I went with my family on the occasion of my birthday. A wonderful experience. The staff is always very kind and helpful. The services offered are excellent and the saunas (I counted 4) are beautiful, not to mention the outdoor swimming pools which are heated and the the view is breathtaking. I was very struck by the constant presence of the property and they make you feel at home 🏠 The restaurant service is excellent and here I also say a special word for the excellent service of Manuel (one of the waiters) who gave us excellent advice both on drinking and eating but also on the structure but all the staff were very kind and very friendly. The large sauna with the jets is incredible, a very beautiful experience and I love throwing myself into the cold shower after the sauna, having an entire frozen lake at my disposal was incredible. Highly recommended!!! A big thank you to everyone..... see you soon 🙏

Hotel in Val Passiria located on a slope in a privileged position overlooking the valley, with a beautiful golf course next to it. The right size structure, not too large and with absolutely excellent services. Very high quality restaurant, gourmet cuisine without being overly elaborate, fantastic pastries. Connected indoor and outdoor swimming pool, plus a further very long sports pool for swimming, set aside at the edge of the beautiful garden. Exceptional, superlative sauna area, probably the best in the entire Alpine range, with top-level augfuss masters (special mention for Helli). Panoramic and super-equipped fitness tower; Well-equipped room for teenagers and little ones.

I chose L Andreus because of the advertised 12,000m2 of spa, actually spread across 3 hotels which are not communicating with each other and above all reach them "only by car"!!!! The spa at the Andreus is small and the spaces are mixed: the garden with a natural lake reserved for the post-sauna bath borders the children's area and the rooms, so much so that guests have the perception of being in the spa and go out naked onto the balcony. I wasn't particularly enthusiastic about the oppressive and suffocating Turkish bath and herbal tea area: low ceilings and narrow spaces bordering on claustrophobic. The internal relaxation area is small but the chaise longues are of excellent workmanship, the impressive event sauna with jets of steam directed by skilled Aufgussmeister is certainly worthy of note. Let's move on to the snack, well to put it simply it's not a feast for the eyes! The opportunities for fun for those with teenage children are almost zero. I don't like decorations, installations and paintings have a cheap appeal. If you are not a golfer, choose something else because for those prices there is better, in fact during our stay, distressed and disappointed, we treated ourselves to a day spa at the inimitable "Quellenhof Luxury Resort" (where among other things we met other guests of the Andreus ). The structure is not immersive despite the beautiful location with a priceless view.

Just like last year... simply amazing. It's a holiday from the moment you get out of the car. For the children and the adults. Lovely kids' club, activity program and the finest food. The staff in particular really make it a "holiday home". Many thanks again, especially to Demmi, perfect service and a great guy. We're already looking forward to our next visit in December. For us, the hotel is worth every cent!

There really is something for everyone here. Very friendly service. Top food and great childcare. The garden is large and spacious. Lots of loungers and places to relax. Although the hotel was fully booked, you never had the feeling that it was "overcrowded". The room was large and well equipped. The only thing we missed was air conditioning. As mentioned above, all the staff were very friendly. You get the feeling that the employees enjoy working there. Keep up the good work, we will definitely be back 😊
