Had a fabulous stay at the Royal Yacht, our Gold Twin room was really spacious and very clean. The food was excellent especially the breakfasts and the staff were really attentive and helpful.
Perfect location for accessing the local buses and tourist information. Would definitely stay here again.

The service / staff are amazing here. There is a Portuguese girl on reception who is really sweet and another European girl on reception too. There is a cocktail specialist in the bar who really knows his stuff (I think he’s Indian).
Staff at the breakfast in the morning are really good too! Try the oat milk latte.
Big disappointments are: the single beds are uncomfortable in the twin rooms with awful pillows. The pool in the spa is a bit dirty, the lighting gives the perception that the environment is cleaner than it actually is. The breakfast has no fresh fruit, surely you can provide daily watermelon, fresh pineapple and melon etc.

Great location. Great breakfast. Room wasn’t brilliant and quite small. Needed to move room as couldn’t move around bed without hitting my head in eves. Note there is a night club on location and noise could be an issue if room not soundproofed. All in all good but could have been better..

Great location on Liberation Square close to restaurants, shops and transport links. Room
was good but cleanliness could have been better (staff need to look under furniture) and service generally good although the bouncer on the door when returning from our meal out on Saturday night was rude and wasn’t particularly a great representation of the hotel in general. Would return based on location and facilities.
