Nice group of rooms in a fairly good location in St Kilda. The room was nice and clean and the balcony was a added bonus that was enjoyed. The two issues that I had was the odd reception area that was part cleaning area / part front office, looked unprofessional and screamed 'cheap' but I guess didn't necessary impact on the quality of the stay but was just odd. The main issue was the bed!! It squeaked like a hour year old door! no privacy, such a unnecessary issue when quality 'non squeaking' bed costs next to nothing for the amount it will be used. One of the worst beds I have ever stayed on and would never be on that again PLUS has reminded me to check the bed before accepting the room! Felt sorry for the persons staying underneath!! needs a remedy and FAST!!

Staff attitude is bad. And clearly through the phone he is not patient with his guests checking in, though it’s location is okay having everything in reach. His service kills the mood of a great vacation. Also, the bed and sheets are not clean, and you can see dead bugs lying around.
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne and St Kilda. Go get something that’s better.

I think they very poor on hosting people, did not give any information about the area, special about park and Permit zones around, I got really in trouble getting 2 fines and almos towing my car. Barerly talk to give instructions about the apartment and the place look very different than the photos, it is much older and run down.

This property was very seedy and felt like a half way house. It stank like old cigarette smoke and alcohol. Staff not available to assist on arrival. Did not refund. It was so bad I had to move out and find another accomodation last minute. No refund given.
