Hotel is lovely and clean. Deluxe marina view was well worth the upgrade. Lovely views on an evening. It is a little outside the main town which we were glad of, but means there's not much local in the way of shops to be able to grab water/general supplies. Dining staff were lovely as we're cleaning staff. Reception staff were efficient but not overly welcoming. There is a bit of building working going on but haedly noticeable. I would definitely retun and will recommend to others.

It's next to Gwolhanae Park, so it's a 5-day tour. It was convenient. The famous old town is about a 10-minute walk away. Tourist attractions, Galata Bridge dock, Grand Bazaar, etc. It was nice to be able to visit almost all the attractions. To get there from the airport, take the Harvest Airport Bus from the B2 floor and it takes about 1 hour. Get off at Aksaray Station, move right next to it, take the tram, and get off at the 4th Gwalhane Park stop, which is located just 50m away. I really like the convenience. The downside is that the room is a bit small, but everything else, including the price. I am satisfied.

The hotel is quite old - not sure if it is recently refurbished. Our balcony is right next to the path to the beach with a connecting door… very noisy in the morning and totally lack of privacy. And it was not communicated to us upon arrival. The safety box in the room is malfunctioned… so I carried all my valuables with me. Unfortunately, on our way back to hotel, our passports and cash got stollen… I requested for make-up service the second day (we stayed for two nights) but nobody came. So we didnt get the room made up. Very disappointed. The view from the room is probably the highlight. And the access to the pool of the sister property is a perk. Reception team is not friendly. Never provided proactive service.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel . 5 star stay. Rooms beautiful clean and luxurious. Views absolutely stunning. We had the best time. Buses take you all over the island and taxis are easy and cheap. Lots of wonderful restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Staff at this hotel are all amazing polite and welcoming. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool excellent. Breakfast with lots of choice. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be staying again very soon. It is a hidden gem thank you for our wonderful 10 day stay xx

Great location , as a newer property you can tell that they are making every effort. When I booked my room I was offered a complimentary bottle of wine and I messaged them before my arrival to request Red wine as I don't drink white and they had this already in my room. Though I did have to ask for a corkscrew from reception. There are large bottles of shower amenities in bathroom , mine had been topped up with water and then separated into one half water and one half shower gel which meant I topped the water out to get to the gel !. The TV was a challenge to understand how to get it to work , in fact i saw the reception team in the lobby showing people how to do it when a simple instruction guide in the room would be better. The breakfast was OK , luckily for me I was only there 3 days so it was fine for my short stay. I didn't make use of the spa/ pool facilities. The balcony was fine, looking over the busy street below, was warned on check in not to close the door behind me otherwise I would be trapped outside, The room was lovely and well appointed ( I booked a superior double) and had great working AC and Wifi. The room was clean and spacious , I was on the 6th floor and you notice the lovely fragrance as you exit out of the lift. If I could say one negative is there is way too much plastic in the room , whilst they have a sustainability notice about the towels , they should follow in the footsteps of most conscious hotels and if you need a razor, ear bud, shoe horn, cotton pads, sewing kit, tooth brush , tooth paste , etc etc just have them available from reception rather than two sets of everything that people just end up taking or trashing. This will keep the cost down to be able you to not fill up the shower gel with water - much better ! Would definitely stay here again on a short trip.
