This hotel is in a great location and close to all pubs and restaurants
The hotel beach is very nice and they have plenty of spaces for sunbeds although some of the umbrellas were broken
The signs for slipping hazards around the sea ladders must be clear as I witnessed a few ppl slipping and falling over.
The only thing that we didn't like is the amount of boats /jetskis coming in and out in the bay. Some were very noisy and the jetskis would come in a speed although the swimming area is secluded.
Our room had regular power cuts but this was due to a fault in our room key connection. Thry came to change it but this carried on happening but overall this hotel is spotless and we would definitely return.. We ate at all The restaurants by the hotel and thry were all nice.
Caf 24 s Louis the water was very friendly and gave us an excellent customer service.

The hotel is quite old - not sure if it is recently refurbished. Our balcony is right next to the path to the beach with a connecting door… very noisy in the morning and totally lack of privacy. And it was not communicated to us upon arrival.
The safety box in the room is malfunctioned… so I carried all my valuables with me. Unfortunately, on our way back to hotel, our passports and cash got stollen…
I requested for make-up service the second day (we stayed for two nights) but nobody came. So we didnt get the room made up. Very disappointed.
The view from the room is probably the highlight. And the access to the pool of the sister property is a perk.
Reception team is not friendly. Never provided proactive service.

Hotel is good but had safety concern because fire door is used as normal access to outdoor swimming pool. It is advised not to use the door after 930 pm. But notice placed is not at proper place. Had a chat with duty manager she assured to get this fixed.

The hotel is located in St. Julian's, quiet in the middle of the city. You can watch the sunrise. There are several swimming pools. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the most central place to eat. The breakfast is not very good. There are very few choices. I was exhausted after eating there for five days.

The water pressure in the shower was good. The toilet didn't flush continuously either.

The facilities and service are great, as is the attention of the staff. Views of the bay and everything very good. The only negative point is making the bed too soft. ☺️

The pool is also affiliated with the pool.
Breakfast was buffet style and delicious.
The room was very clean and we could see the sea from the balcony, so we had a wonderful time there.
