The rooftop pool (service) was disappointing. Preferred the pool on ground level over the street. Ignore concierge’s suggestion to visit beach club „1926 La Plage” nearby. It is run down and the service is bad. Hotel is nice and newly refurbished. The ruftop club room serves delicious food and Aperol Spritz, but the service times are too limited. I asked for quiet room but got one near a service lift of the hotel :( Room otherwise nice, but be aware that bathroom has this “modern” way, not to be separated by a wall and door, but wooden beams, so all sounds etc. are noticed :/

I do believe this hotel is.one of the best in Malta.

Perfect place to stay

Enjoyed my stay in this newly renovated hotel (they had a major upgrade during covid winter in 2020), the services and amenities are good. Location is by the sea which is great!

Very good hotel, but the hotel has several doors, the online taxi driver needs to locate it clearly. The hotel also has an outdoor terrace for guests' reception, and the hotel manager will come out in person to greet and chat. There are many restaurants nearby, very lively, there is a Michelin one-star restaurant downstairs, recommended.

The hotel is great, the indoor pool is at a suitable temperature, but it was a bit too late to go to the rooftop pool. The lobby is well designed and the front desk staff are very helpful. I had a very happy holiday.

I spent extra money to upgrade to a sea view suite, and there were fireworks outside the window at night. Downstairs is the night market and a seaside restaurant like Steakhouse. A bustling neighborhood in Malta

Very quiet, average bedding, poor dining, good spa

The location is good, facing the bay, and the service attitude of all staff is online👍The sanitary environment is very good. The breakfast was just average, the bacon was too dry and hard. Everything else is pretty good and it's not far from the airport, about ten minutes.

The front desk of this hotel is very poor and the attitude is very arrogant. I have two duplicate orders. I coordinated with the platform company and they said I could get a refund, but the hotel refused. One moment this person said they would wait to coordinate with the platform company, and the next moment another manager said they would bear all the costs. It's ridiculous and the attitude is very arrogant. The swimming pool is also poorly managed. The service and management of the room are completely inconsistent with that of a five-star hotel. Families with children should be cautious. Finally, when I checked out, I was told that additional personnel fees would be charged, and it was not explained clearly before I checked in.

This hotel is probably the best choice for a family vacation on the island of Malta. It has an excellent location, unbeatable sea views, first-rate swimming pools and restaurants, and excellent service.

All kinds of facilities are complete, the service is good, and the location is very good. It should be noted that the hotel does not provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste

The room is cleaned every day and red wine is given as a gift. The service is super good. The hotel has a rich breakfast, a gym and a spa, where you can relax while working. Very good in all aspects
