Well located with easy access to connections, restaurant and shops. Staff are also lovely and polite...highly recommended

Basic and unclean Lobby:Air conditioned and clean. Places to sit and someone sat in the day to assist with excursions. Pool:No where when booking is it explained that the indoor pool would be unusable for a few hours on both Saturday and Sunday and a couple days in the week.The sauna and hot tub did not work.The room was very warm and the pool heated.There was a grime line around the pool water line and black build up in multiple places (pictured).Pool towels provided free of charge. Room:No welcome pack, with info about the hotel etc. Phone did not work, nor were we provided with any contact details.No do not disturb sign so cleaners would often get into the room before you could run to the door to ask them to come back later.Very basic furniture but was fine.Air conditioning did not work properly. It was on non stop throughout our stay and didn’t get below 25 degrees. It wasn’t too hot to sleep but would have preferred it to be cooler.Balcony had a view of the sea, just about.There is two bars at either side of the hotel so it is very noisy in the evenings if you wanted to sit out.There is building work going on in the day so noisy in the day to sit out.The bathroom was very dirty (pictured).Fresh towels daily, very basic towels.No fresh soap/toiletries provided.Fridge is provided and just about kept things cool but not cold. Mattress was very hard, thought it was ok for a couple nights but started to get a sore back by the end of the stay. Breakfast is ok, selection of hot and cold food

Very nice place Very well located

We liked - the 4-bed room being not allocated towards the street. - house keeping staff making up the room on a daily basis eventhough it was neither required nor requested to do so We disliked - that the room view was towards the inner yard - that AirConditioning was broken and did just heat (even though it was set to cold/max ventilation and 10°C) - we disliked even more that forementioned AC issue wasn't fixed before we left - that our messages with questions/requests, sent in advance to our arrival were neither taken into account nor responsed - that the restaurant's menu, displayed in front of the breakfast room was just shown but no restaurant in operation. That the menus' line items and prices were not available and/or matching the line items & prices from the menu at the nearby located restaurant.
