Hotel location is very good, the facilities are modern, the room is not too big, clean, the front desk is particularly warm, there is no Uber in the local area, all rely on the front desk to help call the rental.
I booked this hotel by mistake, as I was looking for a hotel in Saint John, not St. John’s. Goes to show, make sure you don’t assume things. Also, don’t book hotels when you’re about to go to sleep and haven’t had good sleep for a couple of consecutive nights. Lesson learned.
I really enjoyed the hotel! My room was very clean and spacious with top of the line amenities. Will definitely book again. The restaurant was ok, food was good.
Service was not great for the level of dining, no quality checking on food items and empty glass wear was left on the tables until end of meal. Will definitely book a room again just may choose to dine elsewhere.

GGuestMiaThis is the best accommodation in the area. Well run hotel with many extras. Excellent service. Wonderful front desk staff will assist with restaurants and activities. Great breakfast. The room was perfect. We would love to return.
徐徐The price of Ctrip is 2/3 of ihg's official website. It is quite good. It is also very close to the city and attractions. The facilities are very new and the rooms are large. It is highly recommended to stay in this home!
GGARYRUThe rooms are fully equipped, comfortable, spacious and clean, and the service staff are warm. This hotel is a good choice for travel to St. Johns. Here we went to Cape Spiel to watch the sunrise, an unforgettable trip.
KKrzysztofReception not very cooperative when trying to exted stay. Informed that all rooms are boked. We extended twice on Internet! We asked for upper floor and were told that all rooms on upper floors have only one bed which of cause was not truth. The rest was OK.
JJolannaI love the hotel. But there was a loud buzzing all night long. I thought maybe refrigerator but it seemed from the walls
I rook a video of sound and played for the front desk checking out. Anyway it would have been nice to be offered a credit of so.e kind.
But it's really not the fault of hotel if I didn't tell them but I wasn't getting out of bed lol
GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit old, it is very clean and has relatively complete facilities. It is considered a large hotel in the local area. We chose a sea view room, which is good and has a high cost performance
GGuest UserThe house is beautiful. Looking out the window is the harbor, and the sunset is hanging down at the end of the sky. This time I came to see a friend. He gave me a day or two to go to the far east of North America.
