AC didn't respond to temperature setting... always too hot or too cold. Drainstop in bathroom sink wouldn't stay open...I had to prop it open with a spoon. Other than these two things everything else was great.

It’s an ok place to stay for a night.
Memorial weekend, family wanted to grill out. The hotel grills did not work. Had some assistance from front desk, but nothing they could do to fix it. After 45 minutes of tinkering and guessing they were only able to say sorry but not much consideration for accommodations for the lack of function of amenities.
When checking out, the morning shift associate at front desk wasn’t able to refund anything because it was through a 3rd party. However, they said it was possible to contact the 3rd party to get refund but they really didn’t want to put any effort into that process.
Overall it was fair. Just don’t expect much.

The suite was so spacious and packed with a lot of extras. Frig, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. A floating desk along with moveable end tables, big ottoman, couch and drapes that closes to separate the bed from the rest of the room. Great location close to 95 and a great price!!

Stayed for 1 night and it was great the rooms were huge and clean and everyone was friendly and very affordable. Didn’t get to explore the area but it looked like there was alot to do shopping wise close by

I loved our rooms, it’s perfect for a family of four. Unfortunately I do think cleanliness is something all hotels struggle with, and this hotel is no different. I also think that having housekeeping come every other day when you are only there during the weekend is not really acceptable.

Shower Handle fell off when turning on so staff screwed back and had to carefully turn on long time to receive hot water or maybe it was the handle staff came up twice stayed here before and liked it that’s why I returned

We enjoyed our stay very much. The suite was beautiful and clean. The walk-in shower was perfect for our needs. The staff was awesome! The only issue was the parking. We got back late and there were no parking spaces. While driving around, we saw a pick-up truck parallel-parked in 3 parking spaces. Not cool. My suggestion to management: Do parking passes for ONE SPACE, and put the room number on the pass. If someone takes up more than one space, management can call them and request they move their vehicle. Or let people know they are entitled to ONE SPACE, and if they violate that, their car can be towed.

Not quite a five
Check in and out were very easy. Front desk was very friendly. Room, bed, and pillows were wonderful. Breakfast was typical and ok; they did have delicious yogurt. Room ac was set to 64 degrees which was too cold for my liking. This was only a 1 night stopover so we did not use any of the amenities. Unfortunately we were woken up around 3 am by a group having a very loud conversation in the hallway but someone did stop it after a few minutes.
