We are just an hour and a half away from the night life of Las Vega and at the entrance to the Southwest Color Country of Utah. We are just a day drive from 6 national parks with Zion National Park only thirty-five miles away. We are within walking distance of many restaurants including Outback Steakhouse Red Lobster Chilis Applebees Chuck-A-Rama and Golden Corral.All rooms now have new 32 inch flat panel televisions with deluxe cable and HBO. All suites are newly renovated with 42 inch flat panel televisions beautiful new furnishings and new bedding. We have a new hospitality room and breakfast bar complete with views of our courtyard and fireplace. Start you day with complimentary deluxe breakfast and enjoy a free copy of USA Today. We also have a fitness room. It’s a reasonable sized older room. Clean but need renovation. Breakfast comes with the room but is mediocre, serving from 6:30-9:30am. Location is good, next to shopping and restaurants. TV has no streaming apps. Coffee in the lobby is on offer all day. Free parking.

Great stay, with an amazing location. Room was comfortable but the air conditioner was noisy throughout the night. Breakfast was avg with little to choose from.

One of the best hotels on this trip, with a beautiful setting. Behind us, a row of charming villas sits on the hilltop, and a large food court is within walking distance.
The hotel also has a self-service laundry service, which was incredibly convenient for our 16-day trip around the western United States.
The front desk was very helpful and attentive. One evening, the laundry room was closed after hours, and they took us there to fix it. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for one night when I was passing by. The location is convenient and it's right after I got off the highway. The room is OK, the area is quite large, and the bedding is comfortable. But the elevator was broken, so I had to carry my luggage upstairs. The elevator was not repaired the next day, and from the notice it looked like it had been broken for more than one day.
