This was a very interesting stay to say the least. The accommodations themselves were great for what we were looking for, a nice bed, a kitchen and close to what we wanted to do. And we came for our anniversary. Would we stay here again based on that and price? Sure but would reconsider now. Now comes the parts we were not happy with. This is 100% a timeshare presentation when you book full price just to stay and they sucker you in with a week stay. We were actually interested in a week stay and said yes based on the stipulations at the front desk telling us we can leave after 45 mins cause we had a important medical appointment with a 7 hour drive ahead of us. Great. We get there and immediately get told that’s not the case and we have a minimum 90 minute timeshare presentation when we were also told it was a “open house” to share how we enjoyed the property, etc. since they just opened to the public to allow bookings. after some back and forth with one of the gentleman, I overheard someone else tell him they can give us the week and let us leave but he decided to just give us our $40 deposit back and not offer the week vacation despite being promised the world when we checked in and we would be accommodated. Potentially lost a sale right there. Second of all, we witnessed at the pool a very creepy situation. A man came in by himself and not near any of the families there, sat down and started watching children play. At one point grabbing one of the little girls and she screamed her head off. We went to the front desk to have it addressed and the maintenance men were sent over to investigate and all they did was walk around the pool and not do anything. Not even talk to the guy. We went back to the front desk and told them this isn’t ok and you don’t have to accuse the guy but talk to him and find out if he is here with family. Disappointed how this was handled as my husband and I do not have children but made us question the safety of the property if they couldn’t handle that and when we do have children, would we stay here again. Maybe the man was with family and it was his granddaughter BUT he sat alone and not near any families and the girl screamed her head off. Immediately my gut said something was off. I’d rather say something and it be nothing than potentially a child be harmed. I would hope other people would have done the same. It felt like a moment out of the TV show what would you do. As far as we know nothing came of it. All in all, pretty disappointed in the lack of correct communication and not being told the truth with the timeshare presentation and we couldn’t be accommodated. This was unprofessional confusion.

Real nice facilities with lots to do. Would recommend as a family friendly place. A great location, near to recreation of all sorts. Although, the winter months could be a toss up as to weather cooperating.

Excellent units and facilities--new furnishings, impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff were amazing and super responsive. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and well cared for. (But it would have been nice to have the pool heated more. It was too cold to swim in.) The problem with this resort is the high-pressure sales staff. Both at check in and during our stay, they would not take "no" for an answer. We have stayed here twice. The first time was a couple years ago when the units were in the midst of being updated and upgraded. We assumed that when we came a second time, the sales people would back off. But we were wrong. During both stays we were badgered with phone calls to our unit (interrupting our movies and other activities) and personalized flyers even after telling them repeatedly that we were not interested. This was stressful and made it difficult to fully relax on our vacation. We come on vacation to get away from the pressures of life, not to invite more pressures.

This was a one week stay to celebrate a birthday. We received two calls (that I answered) prior to our arrival to answer any questions, etc. I mentioned the upcoming birthday (76 years old! Unbelievable!!) and one day after our arrival we found a bag of goodies on our unit's door knob wishing me a Happy Birthday. We were on the top floor (3rd floor) at the end of the floor so no one could see the bag and it was "safe". The St. George community is, in my opinion, an incredibly safe and friendly one. The resort is very busy over the weekend with families, mostly from Utah, coming to enjoy themselves. A GREAT place for a family vacation. There is ample parking under a shaded area so the summer sun won't cook your car or anything you leave in it. The people at the front desk were very friendly. I guess one item I noticed, and it might have only been me, but the speed of the Internet service plummeted from the morning speed to the night time. Still livable but for me a bit of a frustration. The TV reception was also noticeably bad. We would be watching a program and the picture would freeze, break up with a loss of signal, and once we even got a message (I think they get a signal from DirecTV) "loss of signal" that appeared on the screen. So who goes on vacation to watch TV?? So it did rain and snow a bit while we were there, but no big deal on the TV reception. Overall this is a really great place to vacation and i would recommend it heartily. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. One more thing, since it does have a lot of families staying here, the top floor (3rd) is a lot quieter than the others. The elevators work great, too!

We have been to this resort many, many times over the years - probably about 10 times in 15 years or so. We love this resort, but this last time was very frustrating. We had a 6 night stay in a 2 bedroom unit. I did not like the layout of this unit (there are 2 layouts that I know of), but we dealt with it. The units have been nicely updated since our stay one year ago. About halfway thru our stay, the air conditioning completely stopped working in our unit - on a 105 degree day - and did not work for the remainder of our trip. We weren't sure there was a problem for a couple of days, since it just slowly stopped cooling efficiently, and then we finally called to have maintenance look at it the next morning. Long story short, there was a frozen a/c line that could not be fixed in any reasonable amount of time, so we had 2 choices: we could move all of our stuff to a different unit in a distant building for the last night of our stay or just deal with it using a portable A/C unit they brought in. We didn't want to bother moving the night before checkout (us and 2 kids, plus all of our food, etc), because we'd already wasted most of our last day hanging around the condo waiting for the repairman, so we opted for the portable unit. But, it only cooled the room it was in and didn't do much for the rest of the condo - the 2 bedrooms were on completely opposite sides. We had all ceiling fans on full blast and it was still miserably hot. We had family next door and hung out with them in their nicely cooled unit when we could, but we still needed our own space. It was just unbelievably frustrating. To be fair to Worldmark: they did offer us a room change (although highly inconvenient and about 1.5 days too late and not in the same building) and they did compensate us with some rewards points to use for a future weekend stay, but I just wish it didn't happen at all. It just sucks to deal with repairs and a/c problems on a vacation. In reviewing past trips to this particular resort, we have concluded that nearly all of our problems have happened in Building D specifically. Here is a list of issues our family has experienced over the years just in that building: A/C went out, cockroaches, ants, disposal broken, ice maker broken, dishwasher broken, water leaks, washer dryer not functional and/or leaking, etc. Some of these problems were fixed during our stays and some were not as they needed more time to address them. Generally though, we do have mostly good experiences at this resort, which is why we keep coming back. Staff is friendly and not overly pushy about sales, units are clean and large, area is very nice, pool is great, grounds are beautiful, location is perfect, etc. So, we will continue to visit, but in the future it won't be in Building D to improve our chances of a worry-free stay. :(

My wife and I stayed here for four nights while visiting some of Utah's National Parks. Check in was relatively simple with a minimum of pressure for a sales pitch. The staff was generally helpful and pleasant. We had a one bedroom unit which was on the end of the building. It had a rather odd u shaped layout but it worked ok. There is of course a full kitchen and a W/D in the unit. The unit was clean and everything worked fine. There is a BBQ on the deck. It was a one hour drive to Zion and about 2 hours and 15 minutes to Bryce so not too bad there. St George is a surprisingly large city with anything you are likely to need within a few minutes of the condo. We used the pool and it wasn't crowded but there are likely to be some kids there so be prepared for a little noise.

Great professional & polite staff at check-in, concierge and sales. HOWEVER, the guests were the problem, if you're expecting a quiet resort this is not the place. I actually became an owner here but it was not because of this resort. I also noticed a live cockroach 🪳 and mouse/rat in the fireplace.

This resort is really good. Check in was a breeze and there was no pressure on timeshare presentation. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. They honored my request of having unit in particular location. We visited Zion national park, Bryce national park, Antelope Canyon, Valley of Fire state park, and much more.
