Hotel Ambassadeur

Fantastic stay, lovely staff. Spotless room, cleaned and serviced daily. Helen our waitress was the loveliest person! The management are friendly, approachable and helpful and the reception team are super helpful 😊 have already booked for next year. This is a quieter hotel and thats what we went for- St Helier is easily reached by taxi or bus. Sea view room extra but worth every penny.

This was our 1st visit to the ambassador hotel but not the last room had sea view with large patio sliding door room spotless towels changed daily all staff are exceptionally helpful and nothing too much trouble my wife is on a gluten free diet which they catered for at breakfast and evening meals with no problem.Thank you for a lovely stay

Another great stay at the ambassadeur. Prev we had a sea view room but prev comments stated that the rooms in summer where very hot so we went for a double room without Seaview overlooking the pool which was great as the outside temperature where in the high 20s and with the fan in the room was just fine. Food again was really good and a special thank you to Helen who was so attentative and friendly in fact all of the staff we met were a credit to the hotel. The only small gripe which will not put us off was that builders who were staying at the hotel coming down after a hard day's graft coming down in their hi vi's jackets and workwear for their evening meal . Not a problem to us but it may put people off. Hotel is great for getting into St helier and for along the coast bus no 1 runs every 15 mins. If u fancy a nice place to visit Samares Manor lovely gardens and tea room 15 to 20min walk thru the estate past Marks and Spencers good value for a half day visit

The hotel has a bright modern theme that flows through the hotel. Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The restaurant has a set menu that changes daily. The food is excellent and the hotel staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at this hotel as a couple and with a group of friends and found it to be clean, modern, excellent value for money with an excellent team to take care of you including Megan at the reception desk and Isaac in the restaurant. The breakfast and evening set course meal is great value, plus the swimming pool is a complete bonus. Located next to the coast with a bus stop outside the hotel with a regular service into town or Gorey. The rooms are modern and clean and provide a quiets nice sleep.

Have just returned from a 2 week stay in this absolutely amazing hotel. On arrival the receptionist arranged someone to help me carry my heavy bags which was fantastic. My room was on the second floor (205) with a view to die for!!! it was a seaview with huge patio windows that opened up which was just fabulous. The room was really fab too, huge TV, lovely bathroom with a bath with shower over, which I really loved. The food in the hotel was outstanding, table service for both breakfast and evening meal. Loads of choice and the chef even made me an omlette every morning, plus I was able to get gluten free toast with no problems at all. I didnt have a bad meal all holiday, the choices were very varied and I enjoyed all of the food (and I am a picky eater). I can only congratulate the Management of the hotel for accomodating me and my doggie Juliette, they put me a little table in the corner of the restaurant so I was able to take her with me for my meals. All of the staff were absolutely fantastic, nothing too much trouble and so very friendly. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and would give 10 stars if I was able. I am definitely returning, maybe later this year but definitely next summer.
