It is great if you have kids. Bowing and a game room was connected to the hotel. The rooms were clean and it was in a convenient location.

We stayed in room 712. Although the room layout was great and spacious, we had loud neighbors and heard a lot of noise. I think bc the walls a bit thin and we were right beside the elevators. They don’t have blackout curtains, we had kids and they all woke up from the brightness. I think I also hear a train noise come through. They had a pool and a gym which was nice. I would give a thumbs up for the manager special from 530-7pm, my kids devour the nuggets. I didn’t know we can get drinks. No one told us anything when we sat down. Breakfast was okay, though it is intended for sit down. There is no paper plates to bring food to your room. Overall, a positive experience.

The showers were not well maintained, the corners and tiles were full of mildew/ mold. The bedroom area needed dusting badly. There were still crumbs on the floor in the kitchen area and I found multiple bobby pins from previous visitors on the floor in the bedroom.

We absolutely loved the entire stay. We enjoyed the dining, bowling, arcade and for me, the laser tag (because I won both games, too!). Staff were helpful and friendly in all areas of the property. We didn't need to go far to experience wonderful, like at Nolaa's and the elementary school that was used in the film of A Christmas Story was not far away. We enjoyed an little Indian restaurant not far away. We also visited the Maple Farm and bought some real Canadian Maple Syrup to bring back home (Staff at the front told us about it). Really enjoyed the clean rooms, hallways, lobby, and parking lot. Thank you for it all!

Large rooms with full fridge and separate bedroom was nice. Room temperature was not able to be adjusted. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The area has typical restaurants around, however, it’s not in the nicest parts of town.

I stayed in one of the nice suites, traveling with family including two daughters (1- teenager and 1- 5yrs old) good services, quality breakfast, spacious and clean room, quiet halls....I have only one claim to express, it is about not options for watch TV (DO NOT expect cable channels) the hotel only offer live TV with few channels and bad quality if You want to watch something different should pay around $30 CAN $ for movie, apart of this my experience was good overall.

First and foremost, not enough elevators. There aren’t service elevators so mornings are long waits for the two elevators (nine floors, two elevators - you do the math).
The room was pretty spacious although the bathroom was tight due to the tub. In the bathroom, the shower floor was slick but there’s nothing to grab onto to steady yourself if you slip. There also was no conditioner, only two shampoos and one body wash. The hair dryer was missing.
The kitchenette was cute and came complete with all you need except no hand soap. We used the provided dish soap. Loves having a big refrigerator for our drinks and leftovers plus the microwave and stove to heat stuff up.
The bathroom vents allow sound to travel quite clearly from the room below. I could hear their whole conversation.
The included breakfast was pretty good. On our last day, we discovered we could sit in the restaurant proper and order from a limited menu and still get it comp’d. Nice! Order the pancakes and bring an appetite. They’re huge! The battery is slightly sweet and they’re cooked with crispy yummy edges.
