Great hotel, in a fantastic central location. Parking is expensive but it is everywhere. Lovely breakfast and great service

The hotel and staff are spectacular, and the location is phenomenal. However, the bathrooms could use some upgrades, as they don’t quite match the quality of the rest of the facilities

Very nice 2 days rooms very nice and clean. Service was adequate only provided new towels when requested. Front desk service good.

Beautiful hotel. It is very charming. It has an old world charm. The service was absolutely exceptional! EXCEPTIONAL. We only stayed one night but we will be returning for sure. The restaurant had wonderful service, great food and made some nice substitutions for me (non meat eater). We can’t wait to return and enjoy the spa.

The resort was very pretty. Inside a little outdated. Our room was quite a hike to get to every time you needed to go somewhere. Also ice machines were only on 2nd and 4th floors (we were on 3rd floor) and no signs where they were so had to search. No refrigerator in room. I swore when I booked it there was. We brought some food and wine that needed to be refrigerated. We were on the 3rd floor so had to go keep getting ice with the small ice bucket from room. However, the resort was located near a lot of shoppes and restaurants within walking distance which was a plus. We ate at two great restaurants one called The Catch and other one called River and Fort… both great restaurants. My husband smokes cigars so we found a cigar lounge and went two evenings in a row. Met Eric, he’s great. Been working there for 11 or so yrs. We also were able to pay for a trolley that took you around to all the attractions and historical sites. They ran every 15 mins. So you can get off and on. All the staff from Valet, check in, restaurant and housekeepers were all so pleasant and friendly and would go out of their way to get you what you needed or wanted. Rooms were over priced for sure but it was 4th of July weekend. We got there Saturday because it was my husband’s bday. The resort is beautiful overall. Little too big for my liking but very quiet and peaceful at night. Just ask for a room located near elevator and ice machine if you bring anything that’s needs to be cold
