Excellent, very good, beyond expectations! ! ! The sanitary conditions are excellent, the kitchen facilities are complete, the rooms are warm and the decoration is tasteful. It looks nice and is very comfortable to live in.

大家一定仔細讀每一封酒店發來的信！公寓式酒店，沒有前台！這一點在預訂單和信件中都有説明。需要靠信裏的提示1️⃣找路，2️⃣拿到進入公寓區域property的密碼（1st code），3️⃣ 取鑰匙的密碼（2nd code）。這封非常重要的信在入住前72小時內發出。一定要留心自己的信箱和攜程系統的每個提示！！！在國內預訂是通過攜程，但是海外代理是另外一家。如果通話時酒店提別的agent的名字，不要驚慌。通過攜程的平台留消息，經常顯示是未讀的狀態。實際經驗是，可能對方已經收到消息了。網絡電話可以打通。服務態度很好。目前服務電話的工作方式是：晚7點以前是酒店集團的客服中心；晚7點以後是聖安本地的工作人員。公寓本身很贊。照片是實景，供參考。總體推薦！

房間乾淨整潔，比較小，轉個身就很難，位置好，在主街上，很漂亮的房子，可惜入住太難，提前到了沒法寄存行李，因為沒有前台，也沒有收到房間號和密碼，電話溝通竟然説是另外一箇中介定的，不是攜程，不知道怎麼搞的，感受很差

No. 1 Apartments are the gold standard in St. Andrews. I’d previously stayed in apartments for a larger group, but this was my first stay in an apartment for 1-2 occupants. I loved the room—it was roomy with plenty of space for suitcases, to put my clothes away, etc. Although there was no kitchen, there are enough takeaway breakfast places in the vicinity that I didn’t mind and the Nespresso machine was a plus.

Very nice overall. Outside area (at back of apartment 9 ) needs sweeping. Lots of bits and bird poo.
I think addition of kitchen roll would be useful. Pepper in the pepper pot would be good.

This property is central to everything. Walkable to the old course and other St.Andrews courses as well as all shops and restaurants. Our apartment was perfect and very spacious.

Check in process is poor. We booked two bedrooms with one room having two double beds according to ******* advertising and selection at the time of booking. We were never told what room number assigned to us and on Apple Wallet upon checking in online said room 4-5. When arrived, it took us 1 hour to find out that we were put in room 20 with only two king beds and on the third floor. NO elevators. This has never been stated on the website and at the time of booking. We had many heavy luggage. How do you suppose to run this hotel with two bedrooms (assuming family) without a lift??? At least it should state on property detail. Other than that, property was clean and very lovely.
