We were allowed check in at 4pm and turned up on the dot and they said our room wasn’t ready so to go sit in a lounge area and they would call. This messed up our agenda straight away and we couldn’t gain WiFi access as no room code. I provided them twitch my email and it looked like they had my mobile
Number and still no contact t at 5.20pm to say I’d room was ready. Decided to go to reception to ask what was going on and was told
They didn’t have my mobile number ? I then said why did you not email me and they apologised and said yes they should have. Made them aware of my I happinesses but nothing was escalated or offered. Device in lounges was slow and we waited 15 mins for our drinks to arrive. Poor experience
