We had a wonderful few days at the Seaton House in St Andrews Scotland. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely. The views are excellent as is the location. The bar is absolutely gorgeous. Ondine is an excellent restaurant and we really enjoyed a wonderful dinner there. Finally, leisurely breakfasts were part of each morning and they were delicious. We will be back!

My fiance and I traveled Scotland prior to our 8 Aug wedding. Our first destination was the Seaton House in St Andrews. Take it from us who have been in the hotel business for over 25 years, the Seaton House exceeded every expectation. The location makes for easy access in st Andrews with amazing water and old course views. Parking was not an issue. The renovation that was completed in March spared no detail and is exceptional. To the staff, Jason our breakfast server, Christof, Hommad, Stephanie, Matthew, Julia and everyone we encountered - thank you for treating us like first class. This has to have been the most beautifully detailed hotel in design and the most exceptional service we have ever encountered in our travels. The thoughtfulness of every detail such as the handwritten wedding note, the recommendations and assistance booking golf reservations, to the pride displayed for their work and for the beautiful country they represent provided such a class act that will be hard to beat. As a matter of fact, we stayed at another 5 star hotel right after and were disappointed because we missed what we had at the Seaton House. Each interaction truly felt genuine. I hope the owners and management company know what gems they have at the Seaton House. We look forward to a return for an anniversary trip.

From check-in to check-out Seaton House was an exceptional experience. The room was not huge but beautifully adorned, bedding luxurious, food and beverages exquisite but the thing that stood out the most was the personal touch that every employee displayed. Truly an elite experience and worth every penny. When we come back to Scotland we will be staying here again without a doubt.

My Mum and I had a lovely holiday at Seaton House. Everything about our stay was as good as we could possibly have hoped: gorgeous rooms with wonderful sea views, wonderful supper at Ondine and beautiful breakfasts each morning. Best of all was the kindness and friendliness of the staff: everyone in the Seaton House team did all they could to make us feel welcome and at home. Wherever in the world you travel from, you'll be welcomed to Seaton House with genuine warmth and kindness.

Absolutely the best service I’ve ever received at a hotel. The staff was pleasant, anticipating each and every need you might have. Very friendly helping with all needs you might have arranging things for you making phone calls, etc. etc. The breakfast each morning was perfect. The views were stunning and the bar extra extraordinary for a late night drink or cocktail. Rooms are very clean. Great showers with excellent water pressure. Many hotels have nice rooms, showers, etc. but I would say the staff here from the general manager down to housekeeping was completely remarkable. If you visit Saint Andrews, you should definitely consider staying at this remarkable hotel

Stayed at The Seton House during a guys golf trip to St Andrew’s. The location of Seton House is amazing. You are steps away from the R&A club house and the Old Course. The staff goes out of their way to show hospitality. I left my toiletry bag in my room and the staff was gracious enough to mail it to me in Tennessee! Thanks!!

Seaton House is undeniably the finest hotel in St. Andrews. Sitting on The Scores overlooking the R&A and the first tee of The Old Course, with stunning views of the West Sands beach, Seaton House has no comp. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the restaurant Ondine will quickly become the place to eat in town. Additionally, the whisky bar Bow and Butts is as proper a whisky bar as you'll find in the UK. Lastly, the management team and staff are best in class and set the tone for an elevated experience. Look no further. This stunning new offering in St. Andrews will quickly become the place to stay.
