Stayed there for two days from 27th March to 29th. Paid full amount before checking in. Stay was good. But while checking out, I have to wait for 30 minutes to settle a bill of 60 Rupees for a bottle of Sprite which I consumed from the fridge. Initially they charged 160 rupees for it and i have to bring the price chart down to prove it wrong. Felt weird after paying 32000 rupees for two days and still have to wait for half an hour to settle 60 rupees bill for a sprite. (We were late for the airport, and it was raining)

The experience was fabulous. The staff is extremely courteous, and it is what it makes the experience even much enhancing. Sajad Nasir and Fayaz are the working interns but have great hospitality skills. Serving everything with a smile, taking care of guests need and prompting to provide service before you may even ask for it is something Sajad and Fayaz delivered in particular. Supremely happy with the services offered and glad that Sajad Nasir Fayaz were there to take care of my stay. Thank you to everyone. Hotel infrastructure is nice and location is very close to Dalgate. Recommended to everyone planning a visit to Srinagar.
