We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, in fact we reached the hotel at 8:30am and they allowed us for early check in without any extra charges. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread is also good not that lavish but still good. And the add-on perk is, that they give facilities like gym, steam, suna on the house with no added charges.

A small property tucked away in a quiet lane away from the chaos in the city. Rooms are reasonably comfortable with all amenities including an ironing board and iron hair dryer and electric kettle. However the shower cubicles glass were totally stained and tiles stained. Food in the restaurant has a wide variety and quite tasty

Very good property on the banks of river nigeen. Premium rooms have very good lake view. Mr shamim shah owner of the property is very professional and has very trained staff. His property will resemble his vast experience in travel industry. Thanks to shoib shah (lead) who was very helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend this property. They even have a house boat property by name newyork house boat which is also excellent. Thanks to the complete staff who has given their best.

Location is good and food was homely. Considering this is a houseboat, hygiene is a problem but manageable. However, in general the houseboats and shikara staffs are not tourist friendly. They are quite rude. We had our flight early morning and it was raining. They provided us with an open shikara and said we need to manage with that. Upon much insistence they provided 2 umbrellas for 6 ppl. They didn't even help with the luggage. It is not worth spending so much money for stinky rooms and washrooms and such poor service.
