Excellent Food, Excellent Service, Excellent Staff... Keep it up...food quality is so good rooms are neet and clean and hygienic staff behaviour is too good like ***ager Waseem and others like *****r bahi Imtiyaz ,Adil etc Just 1 suggestion, extend the dinner time to 11 pm.

We were looking for a perfect family vacation in Srinagar and after doing a lot of search on Trip Advisor we found Hotel Orchid Valley located in Raj Bagh a great place for family vacation. Our checkin time was in late night and I was so grateful that Mr. Waseem (***ager) was continuously following up with us and greeted us well when we reach. Special Thanks to Hotel Staff for amazing hospitality and great food. Rooms are neat and clean and gives positive vibes. Location is perfect for nearby market and local food. I am grateful to Hotel Orchid Valley and entire staff for making our stay joyful and memorable Special Thanks to Mr. Wajahat for his kindness and hospitality. Very nice and good hospitality. Neat and clean.Food is amazing. You can include lunch menu as well which is missing. The staff members were really nice and helpful in accommodating all the requirements for the guest. Please continue to do the same

This hotel is average. The food was decent on both the nights. Breakfast spread could have been better. The staff is co-operative. They packed us breakfast early on request. Overall the experience was fantastic. We came with family and everyone one of us enjoyed every bit of time spent in the hotel. The room was clean with all the necessary facility required. I will highly recommend this place, the food was satisfactory, could have been better. With all i would rate this hotel as 4.5 star.
