Really good hotel with polite staff especially Nasir Ali and Bisma and the entire F&B staff who took good care of us during our entire trip and making sure trip is smooth. Very good hotel with really good management with spacious rooms with all the facilities. Even the helpers are very polite and friendly and greets you with smile all the time at the hotel.

Food is very tasty, I really enjoyed food, I have visited many hostels in Kashmir but I really love the food here mainly chef mr.Ishfaq and captan Mr. Nasir Ali and all staff of this hotel and food and beverage restaurant team was given warm welcome and was very friendly with me, I love the hotel and restaurant and management.

We had 2 days stay with kids ..The rooms d atmosphere everything was Just perfect…👍 n the food was jst amazing the Captain NasiR AlliAll Staff members Ms Bisma Iqbal Mr Aaqib … they all wer really sweet and helpful.. do visit for more wonderful experience ❤️

Amazing property, staff is very helpful, Hospitality is top notch. Must visit. Had a very great experience. Food is 8 out 10 but staff and co operation is 10 on 10. Clean rooms, presidential suite is the place where all the luxury and vibe happens in hotel.

Awesome place to stay in Srinagar, Amazing food, Great Hospitality, Very very warm welcoming staff. I would like to thank you personally Mr Nasir Captian & Chef Ashfaq , Maroofa jan . Entire restaurant team right from Breakfast to evening Dinner was very very excellent. Housekeeping is also very quick & fast. Uznan ma'am from front office is also very warm welcoming.

Hotel is very nice, accommodation they are providing is really outstanding, special thanks to F&B Team and whole staff and specially the caption MR. NASIR ALLI for providing such a great services. His behaviour is really nice and communication skills is very good. Whole staff members are very kind, if you want to explore kashmir than this is the best hotel you can trust,Thanks guys, will definitely gonna recommend to my friends.

The rooms are extremely comfortable, they really make you feel at home. Their beds are soft and the view is magnificent, ***** with their rooms being large. The food is very good, Mr Ishfaq really puts dedication into it. In the terms of hospitality, I owe my thanks to Mr Nasir Alli Captain and all of the staff for showcasing their kind, warm and humble qualities. Really admirable hotel with a great view, 10/10 stay !
