Stayed in the month of Feb 24, the hotel is situated in a residential area. At night the lights in the street are very low. Average hotel , basic amenities, food was big disappointment. The buffet spread was average. Rooms are small & furniture is old . Location - 2 stars, food -2 stars , Courtesy- 2 star, paid approx 6000/- per night . At this price you may find other good option .

We had a great experience in the hotel. We went under package of Breakfast and Dinner. Food was so delicious with great taste. Athar is the Chef who came to us took opinions of us he is so nice. Sajad Ahmed khan F&B Captain is very good about Guests.

It's a boutique property that claims to provide 4 star equivalent services. We were in a large family group and reservation was facilitated by our travel advisor. Rooms were very basic and toiletries were disappointing. They reminded me of Oyo experience. Some of the rooms were recently renovated (badically new wall paper, probably to conceal seepage). Room locks were not working properly. Upgraded room was a farce with no difference between a basic room and the next category room. Tripadvisor posting claims to have 24x7 room service however we struggled to get In-room dining even at 6 PM!! Mini bar too was non existent. Elevators were also not working properly. Food was basic, at most of a 3 star level, specially in the varierty and the buffet spread. Now the good part which decided my rating. Managemwment was accommodative of our special needs - dietary or otherwise. Service was more or less efficient.

Amazing staff. good services. I must say all the staff people are very polite and happy to help and they always keep smily face. I loved the stay here and i recommend must to stay for happy stay. I can say that whenever I visit second time , i am gonna stay here. Manager has done amazing job in order to keep staff very professional.

Horrible place We were there from last days of July to first few days of August. Poorly maintained rooms. First rooms were 108 & 110. Toilet clogged. We were given 212 and 215 then. 212 again toilet clogged. Hot water was not available most mornings. Dirty water / no water delayed us for 2 days. Breakfast spread was poor and I survived on eggs and oats. Fruits were not there most of the days. Bread was already stale and on every third day you get bread pakora for breakfast. They refused to take dinner order twice and we went out and had food outside. Front office is useless. Asked me to check out when we shifted to one room. Tried contacting GM of hotel for complaining, the call was picked up by a female said GM is in a meeting. This happened twice, looks like there is no GM for the hotel!!! She was rude and defended all what happened whether not taking food order or having poor maintenance or why I was asked to check out. She was almost like "you take it or leave", "we do not care whether you like it or not". Contact numbers were 9070333671 and 907033377. When we checked out money was collected but full bill was not given. Have to go back to Srinagar again as my son is studying there, but never to this horrible place again.

I stayed in Hotel rose Petal srinagar with my family the stay was too good we enjoyed the service of hotel too excellent...the rooms was neat and clean ,food was good with kashmiri dishes. Mr. Mohd Aamir Mr. Pervez hospitality was very good ....

stay was good..all staff was very courteous, smiling and helpful Food was good Rooms were well maintained Hot water supply was good, can be improved All Reception, Restaurant , Housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful Would definitely recommend this Hotel to all
