It is beautiful place to stay . Also Very nice staff

Restaurant option was a little limited during our stay.

We tried thier food and it was amazing. The taste was good as well and overall experience was amazing. I would highly recommend this place. Thier staff especially Imran & Ishfaq were very helpful and thier hospitality is good. Overall I would rate this place 8.5/10. Also the place is quite and peaceful. You can see the whole dal lake from there.

Mr. Owais at the restaurant goes above and beyond to ensure that dining experiences are flawless, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring that every guest feels cared for. Additionally, Ms. Payal is particularly remarkable for her friendliness and rapport with families, especially those traveling with toddlers. Her thoughtful gestures make a big difference in creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for parents and young children alike. This should easily be one of India's most outstanding and unique properties. It is located at a level with majestic views of the Dal Lake, an impeccably maintained garden with the most amazing flowers, and a huge room that feels like your home in Kashmir. The bathrooms are the size of most hotels in London :) The staff, be it at the Front Office or the Restaurant, are excellent. The entire crew makes you feel as if you are the only guest staying with them ( something I have witnessed only at the Taj Mahal - Mumbai and the Taj Westend in Bangalore). Staff members like Alamgir (Restaurant) and Zaid ( Front Office) are outstanding.
