The property is a hidden gem. It is one of a kind property and if you’re a nature lover, and you like a peaceful place surrounded by beautiful flowers, fruit trees (apple, walnut, and pear), and beautifully maintained garden, it is a must visit place. The view from one of their restaurants is beyond stunning. The staff is amazingly well mannered, kind, polite, and soft-spoken. Some of them deserves mention, Rahil and Parvez at the restaurant and Tanveer, their vehicle driver. It is hard to find such well mannered people. They took very good care of us and made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. However, just a few improvement points please make sure the room is clean to perfection before check-in and please make sure there are no spiders in the room and in the washroom. Also please make sure all appliances are working. At the restaurant please make sure the plates are warm and spotless. Additionally, it would be great to have more options for vegetarian food and snacks. These improvements will push you towards perfection. Overall we had an amazing stay. We would love to come back and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The hotel hospitality is supper The ambience is supper This is recommended hotel in Srinagar Best family friendly resort The cottages give you good experience. It is very clean, has many fun games in the game room. It is worth the stay. We would like to thank Mr. Parvaiz restaurant manager For managing the staff and customers with great ease Also to he staff are really good with prompt response to the customers, we are very happy with Rahul lateef and bilal who served us very good. Thank you very much for everything.

The Royal Orchard Retreat Tesort & Spa. All facilities are good and behaviours of staff also fine……………….. Supports in all things. Parvaiz Bhai is also verry good……………… Breakfast and dinner menu is also on demand arranged by them…………………..

Great location, fantastic food and superb hospitality. Special shoutout for Mr Akhtar, Mr Parvaiz, Mr Ishfaq and Mr Ashraf. The resort is beautifully made and has beautiful apple trees and flowers all around. Equipped with a 24/7 gym, spa, swimming pool and a kids play area. Highly recommend staying here.

Greate resort in srinagar. Nice cottage with comfortable bed. All staff of the resort are co-operative. Service is fast. Food is good. Special thanks to Lateef for Greate Service in restaurant .Garden of the resort is so nice & big. Many activities for kids .

Shocked at the poor level of housekeeping. A very unpleasant and shocking incident took place in our room which we informed the Reception of so that management can take it up very emphatically. The bathroom has no heating and no mat in the shower stall. When temperatures go down to 2 degrees and below this is not at all thoughtful. The mixer in the shower stall was not working well and the bathroom walls were dirty. The room size and bathroom size are reasonably good and there is a patio where you can sit and enjoy the gardens and birds. The staff and manager at the restaurant are very good and happy to help but the menu for dinner and breakfast is very very limited and dismally average. The resort is about 45 minutes from the airport and due to the strict and multiple security checks at the airport you should leave the resort about 4 hours before your flight. The resort is well spread out with good gardens but the poor housekeeping negates all the good points. Due to this I do not recommend this resort.
