The staff and all members are super supportive. Whatever was needed was on top service and was made available before time. Owais Hakeem and Fatema at the reception were always there to help with a smile whether it was day, evening or night. The ambience and rooms were super and felt like home. We stayed for 5 days and the food was mouth watering. Everyday there was something to taste from Kashmir. Will surely stay again if I travel back to Srinagar

Excellent hospitality and Humble staff. I had visited this beautiful property at Srinagar with my family last week. Location was good. Staff was polite and Humble. Food was excellent. Chef Ali Mohd. is a great person. Mr. Rasikh (F&B Mgr) helped us finding Nice tourist spots and with the local market as well. Mr. Suhail helped us in booking this property. He is a gem of a person. I would recommend to visit this hotel at least once in a lifetime to experience their hospitality.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The room was very spacious, neat, and spotlessly clean, which made it extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and whatever you needed was served with great care. A special thanks to Fayaaz and Sahil ***** with their team, who served everything with warmth and kindness. Their hospitality really made our experience memorable. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One small point worth mentioning – not related to the hotel team but to Lemon Tree management – is regarding the internet service. The basic internet provided in rooms is quite slow, and guests are asked to pay extra for high-speed internet. In today’s time, fast internet should be a basic amenity, and this policy feels like a poor management decision. Overall, the team here gave us a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

People in the staff like chef Ali and Fayaz owais , Rasik were the people that made our experience a lot better they treated us like their own family chef Ali made our eating experience a lot better he made delicious and scrumptious food for us that made and if we had a problem all of the other staff sorted that problem with in a minute i would suggest everyone to visit this hotel once just for their hospitality. Kashmiri people are the best!!

The staffs the food and the room was amazing I would really appreciate the patience and the coordination that staffs has shown sucha pretty hotel pretty vibe and people full of positive aura and so soft in and out very helpful with amiable hospitality a must place to stay visit and roam❤️

Beautiful boutique hotel, lemon tree stays true to its repute.! Nestled in a corner of paradise, it's wrapped in craftsmanship and hospitality. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very near to the main city yet away from the crowd. Food is as good as Taj! Enjoy warmth and culture ✨️

We had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Srinagar. The hospitality and service were truly impressive — every staff member ensured we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. A special thanks to Mr.Sahil , Fayaz Rashik & Chef Athar who made our experience extra special by personally catering to all our food preferences and requirements. His attention to detail and warmth added a personal touch that made our meals memorable. Overall, a great experience — would highly recommend Lemon Tree Srinagar for their excellent service, warm hospitality, and thoughtful team.
