The hotel is wastage of money. No room service. Even there was no dustbin in room. The furniture is very old. The exhaust fan in bathroom was not working. "unchi dukan feeka pakwan"

i am trying to connect with you at land line numbers since last night when i reached at property of paradise. they are fraudsters and ur person representative at srinagar who has uploaded pics of property is a cheater. they don't have the same property in function. and letting the guest to stay in 10grade property. that's too only can be viewed from balcony. no hanger are there in the wardrobe. hence gang my coat on peg. room alloted at 2nd floor as they had no other room left. property don't have lift. no complete toiletries arrangement. have to argue for slippers and mineral water the basic amenities. even phone to connect with reception was provided without cable and have to go downstairs from second floor to get it replaced. extremely horrible experience. i m in shock and even couldn't go out of property as they have norm that door of this guest house like property will close by 11.30pm. will definitely give extremely horrible review. if needed will file suit against you in consumer court. Discount for what I m leaving this property immediately in few minutes. If possible refund me the amount. Even not will have food here in their restaurant if they have. Even not had food last night out of shock. See someone just thrown remains meat in backside lawn. How bad and terrible experience it is.

The hotel paradise is best located. Very near to dal lake. Within walkable distance. Nice rooms. Nice staff. Thanks

As homely as it could be. Lovely people, specially Gulzarji. Great value for money, superb service. Very close to the Dal lake. Food is good too. We stayed in the suite with an open to sky balcony. I think that suite is the only one there. Superb experience.

Worst hotel with pathetic service and staffs. 1.They don't serve breakfast as per your choice in a breakfast included meal plan. 2.They only offer aloo paratha and bread toast as they get the money of breakfast included in the room tariff. 3.They charge u extra for room service. 4.Youhave to call the Owner for breakfast,room service,housekeeping , towels, water, electricity. 5.They will not allow to have food in rooms doesn't matter where u buy from even their restaurant Salt. 6.Worst manager and service. 7.Paid more than 30,000 for a single room of 10 days still they didn't provide adequate service. 8.They dont serve break fast after 10 and dinner after 10:30PM 9.Rooms are small and filthy. 10.If you don't ask they don't provide towels. ‪ 11.Call owner @‪99066 00990‬ 12.Power cut everyday atleast for 4 -6 hours.Generator starts after 30 mins of power cut 13. Little or no parking space. 14.Non cooperative management. 15.Rude and unprofessional staffs

The stay was not good and satisfactory. We had 5 rooms for 4 nights. In terms of cleanliness and hygiene was not good. First day when we checked in, 2 rooms had fan problems, fan were making very loud noise. We requested for either change of room or repair of fans, but were told that fans will be repaired next day. Next day also nothing happened when we came back after our day trip the status was the same. When we asked at the reception we were told that being sun-day the technician didn't come and market was also closed. Receptionist asked to adjust for one more day, next day we will get the necessary done. Even on third day nothing was done, when we came back tired in the evening, nothing was done. That moment we had a heated argument at the reception as they were fooling us for 2 days. As we were really angry at the reception and other guests were seeing they agreed to change the rooms, which till 10 minutes back were not available and in half an hour the fans were also repaired. The new rooms given to us were very dirty. As the fans were repaired we asked for the old rooms but they refused that and said we have to stay in the new rooms, next day will see, the day after also they refused to change. The new rooms were downgraded from our package rooms. Service in the restaurant was also very slow, even after asking for water and glasses were not being given, we were 13 pax and they used to give 2 - 3 glasses. For curd they used to say bowls are not available as dish washer has not come.

It was really bad. It was kind of *********. You can’t say it hotel.

I checked in the hotel in night, the rooms were not ready to use. Washroom essential and drinking water was not available in the oom
