I have traveled across the world and stayed in the best of the hotels but I find the Radisson Collection Hotel at Srinagar is one of the best, Very well built, excellent interior, is situated at a strategic location, and is also very close to the Airport. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Specially to mention about Sabina Akhtar who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction and make my birthday truly special with a surprise in-room celebration! The room was beautifully decorated with balloons, flower bouquet and a delicious cake was delivered right on time. The attentive service throughout the evening, including a thoughtful birthday toast from the manager, made it a truly unforgettable experience.
