There was no electric supply whole night and no backup for the same. I will advised to have a dg set as a backup plan

Rooms are very very small and bathrooms are also when someone is going to bathroom for anything full noise is coming in the room very upsetting but staff is very polite and good behavior mudasir da boy is very good in room service

Roos were very small to accommodate 2 adults and one child no cattle were available in the room mattress quality was very poor.

The staff was really sweet and helpful. We wish there was an elevator and the access to the front of the hotel needs to be looked at. They made the special kashmiri chai for us to taste and that was really nice of them!

Staffs behavior is so good feel like we stay at home. Particularly mr. Mudiasar hotel manager very nice person.

We stayed for 2 nights, hotel is very good and at central location. We were helped by reception staff esp mr aquib and mr mudasir from smooth check in to check out. They helped us arrange everything briefed us in detail about where to get good food, shopping etc they were both very elegant and professional. Will again plan our trip soon in the same hotel.

Room is normal paid full money but not getting proper service dental kit not available. No ketly available. No coffee pouch, suger, milk available. Room not clean properly.
