Very clean room staff were understandable and the food was very delicious .Thank you ishfaq for your service through out the trip.Also they have a big parking lots of great coffee shop outside .clean and hygienic food lavish buffet system. We stayed in platinum grand mamta for 3 nights my family loves the service.

The stay was good and the hospitality of the hotel staff was wonderful. We had to catch an early morning flight and the hotel staff prepared breakfast for us early in the morning at 6 am. The morning and night buffet was very good and they served very good vegetarian food. Overall the stay was wonderful.

When we had booked the hotels for 3.days and also 5 room per day... by hoping that hotel staff will co-operate if needed.. We just asked for few water bottle And they said this will be chargeable @ 2.5 times rates... Staff should be soft and calm At restaurant They are straight forward with having reply no And bathroom having Very slipy tiles.... Great risk of accident

Hold yourself and take a deep breath wonderful service provided by resturant staff.Big parking lot Great coffee shop outside.....we stayed at mamta for 3 nights my family likes the service of staff Clean and higenic Food lavish buffet system Breakfast is Good and the Dinner was also fantastic we never forget the memories of mamta ....Big swimming pool,batminton court, wide paking area Great veiw from Rooms Nice Gazibo inside the Garden so many apple,grapes,pear trees in garden so many plants of Flowers....never miss this platinum grand mamta in your life.....

Good hotel nothing spectacular . The rooms are large , clean but look a little dated. No views but located close to Dal lake and Lal chowk The highlight is the restaurant, good variety for the breakfast and the dinner esp the fish tikka and the American salad was really good

I stayed here with my family for two days . Hotel is good but rooms still needs modern renovation. But overall my experience is very nice. Staff is very good . In restaurants Mr. Jahangir ahmed, midair line,umer. Aadil are really good in nature and very polite. Front desk stall is also very cooperative Sejal and sunil. Moreover the best thing is food qty quality is mouth watering and cost of dishes are very nominal. I will advice to tourists don’t miss there food. In night live music was there. God soothing with positive vibes. I will suggest must try this hotel once.

Excellent Staff and great property. Food was delicious and service was absolutely perfect. People are very very warm, polite and friendly. Rooms are big and very neat.kashmiri food in the restaurant is to die for and we are glad to have stayed here. Staff were so good and I forgot my wallet in room after checkout they called me and kept it safe. Wonderful gesture and highly appreciate their kindness. Also my son forgot his backpack and they sent it as is in courier and their response was so good. I highly recommend people to go and stay in case of trip to Srinagar. Location and facilities are also good to prime locations.

Dirtiest stay ever in my life .... I am travel agent and by mistake as per previous reviews I have booked this hotel and I am feeling guilty. Restaurant staff don't have manners to talk with guest rooms are good but staff behaviour worst then even if by mistake 5 minutes late in dinner they will refuse to refill. And simple word they will say mujhe gher Jana hai...
