The receptionist are never smile, when i check in on March 7/20 @12.30 PM and i request for wake up call @5.00 AM to Lilis (GSA) for early morning flight but nobody set it up. So i wake up @5.32 AM and get hurry for it, i call the night shift incharge he said the wake up call is set up @10.20 AM, so funny. Its better i stay in small hostel with USD 5, with friendly staff and clean room. Because i will flight early morning so i have to stay near airport thats why i choose this terrible hotel without wake up call. I know you guys build this hotel near airport for the part of the guest who lookin for their flight so please be aware. Room is clean but many ants on the table when i put my bakpia they swarm it arround. Thanks for ”Good” service Johan

If you want to see the volcano, it is not recommended to book this place in the rainy season, there is a high probability that you will not see it. Those who don't like bugs don't recommend this place. This place is on the mountain. There are many ants near the food at the breakfast buffet.
But the scenery is very good, and the hotel service is also very good. It's a pity that I didn't catch up with the afternoon tea when I checked in in the early morning.

Great champion service. From the first time I entered, I was greeted. Breakfast variety, menu has gatot, tiwul that is not in other places. Clean, fragrant room. There was an electric shock incident at night but the clerk was immediately ready to deal with it. My child's bracelet was lost in the pool but the hotel helped find it and finally found it. Suitable for those who want to travel in Wonosari 👍

This hotel is very recommended for those who choose a super comfortable 3 star hotel and a jet-king king. Make a photo” just cool too. The Gazebo Garden Restaurant is an interesting and exotic place with an open terrace with a very delicious gourmet menu. There is also the Shinta Garden for regular dinner. There is also Joglo Rama, suitable for company parties, Family memorial, and other events. Oh yes, if dinner here you can get a package with the Ramayana Ballet show held at Amphi-Theater Puraa tour every night. You can check it directly at @ramayanaballetpurawisata. I arrive at the hotel on Saturday at 2 A.M. The check in process was smooth and hassle free. The great thing during this check in process is when i asked about breakfast, the check in agent who handled me (i forgot the name, sorry), not only mentioned about the breakfast price and inform that the breakfast will be only delivered to the room, but also recommend to look around the hotel for the breakfast. When i enter the room. It was as expected. Spotlessly clean. The room itself is instagrammable and there were many spot in the hotel if you care about creating content on social media. The bathroom are also spotlessly clean. The check out process was smooth and didn’t experience any issues / problem. Overall, i recommend this hotel and looking forward for future stay in this hotel.

The location of the hotel is in housing complex, but, easy to find and also easy access to main street. Bedroom and bathroom is clean. Don't expect to much on the room since the size is small and they don't provide electric kettle, but you can go to the dining area to get, hot/cold water from eater dispenser. They provide breakfast but very standard menu and the taste of food should be improved. Only the toast I can accept during my stay. But, the price of this hotel is worth it. The receptionist told me that this hotel usually booked by group tour, so that they only have 1 deluxe room and 1 suite room. The other room is standard room.

It wasn't my first time visited this hotel. i've once visited this place during the pandemic, so poor! and on this 2022, i came again to this hotel, and saw a very tremendously progress from this hotel as well as they doing a major renovation. The Vibes clearly turned into a new breath and atmosphere, and the product slightly improved compared to the rates.
