Location of the hotel near to temple. House keeping was good. Staff were cordial and respectful. No power breakup experienced. In totality a nice happy and peaceful stay at KPR residency kalahasthi

it's a very old property and needs upgrading.
doors are mouldy and beds were smelly it's recommended not to stay in this place

1. booking was accepted by the hotel management to check in and checkout at 9pm. but, this was denied during the actual check in and argued that the check in and checkout must be strictly at 12 noon. if this was communicated during the booking then i would have chosen alternate option.
2. additinal ₹500 was demanded by the receptionist to allow the check in and checkout at 9pm. this is the bribe which was forced on me.
3. the allotted room did not looked the same as it was showed in the images. no tv available, bugs roaming in the room and the toilet was little untidy with black marks near the water exits.
