I have returned to China, the hotel is a very cute cabin, the room is clean, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the landlord is very enthusiastic, the hotel is a long time away from Maeklong Railway Market and the floating market, because I want to see the fireflies in Amphawa and don’t want to rush When I went back, I chose to spend the night with my boyfriend. As soon as I checked in, the landlord told us the route. It took a few minutes to get a tuk-tuk to Maeklong Railway for 60 baht and it was very close. It’s ok to walk to the Amphawa Floating Market for more than ten minutes. I went to the floating market to eat first, watch the sunset, make a boat and watch the fireflies leisurely. In the evening, I played with fireworks at the door of the wooden house. The next morning I went to Maekong to watch the train. Anyway, it was very pleasant. When I went to Maekong, the landlord was on the way. Drive us past, thank the landlord for the hospitality, and will stay at see you☺️

It's a quiet place. Relaxation that's worth it. Sleep so comfortably that you don't want to go back. There's offering food to monks, breakfast, and a spa massage. On the day you go, the road entering from Bangkok has a bridge built, making it inconvenient to travel. But this is not considered an obstacle. If I have time, I will choose to come back and stay again. The room I chose is private. Stay in room number 1.

I recommend Phadthai, Chicken stir fry with cashew nuts, Deep fried spicy sea bass, Kale stir fried with crispy pork. For Breakfast they serve both Thai and American breakfast with Thai fruits. A selection of Pork porridge, congee, with Chicken stir fry with oyster sauce and onion, Omelet, or Sunny side up eggs with toasted bread and croissants. I enjoyed my stay at the Tai-Shan Suites in Ratchaburi. For 600 baht per night you can enjoy a decent sized and modern suite with all the amenities you would expect - aircon, wifi, modern shower, etc. For some reason, I could not get comfortable in the bed which caused for an unsound sleep... I woke up continually throughout the night. This is the reason for the average review, otherwise I would have given a higher TA rating. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this hotel which offers a simply coffee/bread breakfast as part of the lodging package. We did have an amazing view of the sunrise in the morning which added to our overall experience of this hotel.

The room is clean, the room is very spacious. There are complete facilities, like the bathroom, there is a rain shower, strong water, bathe and comfortable. Who comes to Ratchaburi I recommend it. Convenient, close to the city, easy to find food, the owner takes good care of himself. Have a chance to come to rest again

I originally did not book this place but as it is Songkran period and I am unable to get another resort nearby, I took a leap of faith and book this homestay. What an experience I got in return. This is one of the most cosy place I have ever stayed in Thailand for the past many years. The hotel staff and boss is very friendly and warm and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. You can see they really take pride in their work and is proud to work here. They have limited English proficiency compared to a normal BKK hotel but still good enough to communicate. The customers consist mainly of Thai people from my observation but there are a few foreigners like me too. The hotel dining area has a view to die for , you can hang around here whole day and you can order food and drinks from their menu or you can buy elsewhere and eat here. The staff is chill about this, which is great. The activity offered from the hotel are fire fly watching for 60B per person at 8pm and give offering food (50B per person) to monk who will come by in the morning at 6AM, both which are very cheap for hotel related activity. Walking distance to the famous amphawa floating market area. The rooms are authentic and declared in Thai fashion. The garden area is very nicely decorated and there is a small bar playing music near where the room is. If you walk outside the hotel, there are other Thai people staying nearby so this give you a great insight of how Thai people live in amphawa area. The breakfast are really good with many Thai kanom (desert) with fried eggs and pad Thai every morning. There is not much for lunch and dinner but if you are ok with mainly vegetable, you can have a good meal too (FOC). I am suppose to stay for 3 days but I extend it 6 instead as I love it so much. A great must try experience if you want to experience how to live like a Thai person. the name is so appropriate , Baanrak which means house love in Thai language.
