Entering the hotel's shady garden feels like arriving in an oasis. It is well tended, and the beautifully designed large bungalow rooms are spotless. But what really made our stay so memorable was the manager, Mr. Sok Thearith, and his professional and charming staff. The ever cheerful Mr. Thearith went to great lengths to put together transport for our visit to the Preah Vihear temples, then getting up at 5.30 am just to make sure we would get our breakfast from the kitchen (they also got up extra early!) and to send us off on the tuktuk (?) he had organised. He also found us an entertaining and safe driver, Mr. Mon, to get us to Anlong Veng and the Thai border the next day. The charming restaurant staff gave us truly five-star treatment, and the food was exceptionally good. Big thanks to everybody for making our visit such a pleasure!

Just because we had no choice. We stayed here after visiting Preah Vihear on the way to Siem Reap. The structure is located 2km outside the centre, where in any case there is nothing to see, in a very quiet area. The place also looks quite new. Unfortunately I'm done pointing out the positive things. The staff don't speak English, but that wouldn't be a problem either. The problem is the rooms and bathrooms. It wouldn't be a problem that they are worn and run down, but at least they should have a basic level of cleanliness. It's been a long time since I slept in such a dirty and let go facility. A lack of hygiene everywhere including sheets and pillows. As I wrote at the beginning, just because we had no choice.

This hotel is to be avoided absolutely. Everything is dirty, dilapidated. Defective fittings, stained sheets and impossible to find clean ones. The TV does not work. The safe ditto as well as the fridge out of order. The bathroom very very dirty. The swimming pool "under construction" Breakfast, minimum service. I can't attach more photos, because I made videos instead

Beautiful hotel, with very nice and cozy bungalows, in a natural environment. Nice pool, good size. A bit far from the center. They don't speak any English. There is a good quality price relation.

Voyage circuit avec Tui NF. Hôtel à 5km du centre-ville Chambre propre ,lit linge de toilette, nickel. Douche chaude La Climatisation fonctionne Repas: petits hôtel, pensez à réserver vos repas avant pour que la propriétaire puisses faire le marché. Repas tres bon pour 6,5 euros (légumes au porc, riz, fruits en dessert) Petit déj : œufs pain confiture beurre fruits Points d attention : la lumière clignote lorsque l on prend une douche, ça ce n'est vraiment pas top,les normes électriques ne sont franchement pas les mêmes qu en France Bref, bon petit hôtel avec un personnel très agréable

Unsere Erwartungen waren sehr tief. Jedoch wurden wir definitiv positiv überrascht. Die Anlage ist schön, der Pool gereinigt und das Essen lecker. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für eine Nacht kann man absolut nichts sagen.

Le problème de réservation rencontré à notre arrivée a été rapidement réglé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, la literie excellente. La nourriture est bonne et nous avons apprécié un succulent plat de légumes aux noix de cajou. Nous avons apprécié l'amabilité du personnel du restaurant
