The staff was absolutely friendly and great. The room.was very spacious and modern.
But for the price I paid for a v2 balcony suite I was hoping the view would be a little better than a giant dumpster in an alley way. They had little qr codes to scan for room service but the entire length of the stay there website never worked, every item said unavailable, the items we wanted they no longer offered, and it had a giant spacious shower with the smallest most basic shower head I've ever seen, such a wasted opportunity for a nice shower.

The photos posted for the room we got was not accurate. The bed was a little hard, but not too terrible. There is lights from the parking garage seeping in all night, so it was hard to sleep. All that said, the room was clean. It was a bit small for the price, but it was nice. The shower is beautiful and spacious. The robes are so comfortable. Overall, i would say it was a pleasant stay.

An excellent hotel at downtown Springfield, MO. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love their roof top bar that has a wonderful view of downtown. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed the stay but was really disappointed that the Vantage restaurant was closed. The wind made a loud moaning sounds in the window and the toilet had a nasty stain under the lid. I thought the room seemed small. There was no record player like in the pic online. They did provide us with a fan to drown out the noise. I loved the robe. The hotel was beautifully decorated.

Our stay here was fantastic! The check in and valet process was super simple. The staff made us feel very welcomed and at home. While we didn’t eat in the restaurant we did go to the rooftop bar twice and both time the experience was great! The wait staff were awesome as the views are great too. I especially enjoyed the heated outdoor area because it was a little cooler when we returned in the evening. The record players in the room was the icing on the cake! There is a record shop across the street from the hotel and we popped in and added a few to the rooms collection. The downtown area is very much alive and there are a ton of places to eat and drink. We saw a show at the Blue Room comedy club which was only a 7 min walk from the hotel and managed to stop at some places for drinks on the way back. Quick Tip: If you’re looking for late night eats, Pickleman’s is on the same block as the hotel and is open until 2AM. If we’re ever back in Springfield, Hotel Vandivort is the only place we will be staying. I highly recommend it!

Hotel is great for the price. Area is right downtown and near many great eateries and coffee shops. Valet is very affordable ($15 overnight) and there is also plenty of parking close by. Only thing was house keeping was a little lacking. Floors were very dirty under furniture and walls and fixtures were dusty. However, did not deter from how great this hotel is. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
