Motel 6 Eugene, or - South Springfield

There was burn marks on the counter, broken ac/heater, tv had spots in it, and there was BOOGER on the tv.

I needed a clean, decent place to stay in Eugene and didn't want to spend a lot. Motel 6 South was fine. I liked how quiet the heat/air con was. The 10% discount by showing your room key next door at Denny's was nice.

Front desk staff person was very helpful for room upgrade. Some rooms do not have certain emendations like microwaves and refrigerators.

Not a bad place, there was damage in our bathroom on the door jam that should be repaired. Room was clean. The evening front desk gal on our arrival wasn’t the most personable, everyone else was.

Room smelled like bleach and cigarettes. There was dust and cobwebs on the walls. Worn down. Will not be staying here again.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The only chairs in the room are wooden table chairs so to relax you only have the bed to sit on. The microwave wouldn’t work until we moved the cord just right. We decided to add an extra day because of bad weather and they were going to charge us $399 for that night and when I questioned that they dropped it to $119. The staff in the lobby were great. Just don’t expect much. It’s a place to sleep.

The staff was great. Our floor had not been swept and it was dirty. In addition, our room was on the backside of the building and was quite sketchy.
