Well light up and plenty parking. Lobby large clean elevator and hallways very clean as well as room. Other room Doors dont slam so you can sleep .Bathroom updated clean. Room heat works great. Breakfast great. Waffles sausages biscuits hard boiled eggs etc.

The room we stayed in did not have a hotel directory to tell the hours of fitness and pool operation. The plumbing was not taken care of because the toilet tank did not fill every time and the shower bottom grill was gone in the bottom. The breakfast selection
was limited to a variety of items and the orange juice containers were often time empty. None of the hand sanitizer containers had the liquid.

Room was not what I booked and was on bottom floor next to exit...very loud.
Bed coverings were stained, not sheets, and found cobwebs throughout room.
Breakfast was decent and staff did all they could to accommodate my requests.
I will stay again due to their pet policy which I am grateful for.

Overall it was a pretty average hotel. I booked a deluxe suite for the night and honestly was pretty underwhelmed. The set up and the space are nice, but it was pretty dirty. There was pee stains on the bottom of the toilet, a stain on the sheets, and the couch was pretty dusty/dirty. The lady at the front desk was great when I checked in and later in the evening when I needed assistance.
I woke up at 7 am to the cleaning staff being very loud talking and giggling with each other from rooms across the hall, so I couldn’t sleep in. The property overall wasn’t bad, but I do think they need to reconsider their cleaning staff.

Great places love the atmosphere, but the television reception is very bad the last two times I've stayed there I've had trouble with the TV they have DirecTV I wish they would change and go to something else then it would be totally awesome but otherwise very nice place to stay

The bathroom trash was not emptied out when I got there so that was the first red flag. There were a ton of people there that stayed up late with loud tv on. I was there for a business trip and had to get up early for meetings but could barely sleep due to the noise. I also hung a do not disturb sign on door and house keeping still came in on the first day. I did not want anyone in there that is why I hung the sign. The last day, I still had the sign hung and housekeeping banged on my door (I was still in bed). They then left the door slightly open. So much for sleeping in. I just got up and headed out for the long drive home since was awake at that point.
