Hotel has been upgraded but there were some places, especially in the bathrooms, that needed a bit more attention.

I did not like the $25 CASH only pet fee that was not disclosed when booking the room through *******! That fee should be disclosed when booking!

Pleasant surprise in Springerville
We are a group of six friends and brothers on a motorcycle tour of the Southwest. We picked this motel based on price, but we were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the property. It's in good shape. Everything worked. And the rooms were very clean. There was a good restaurant right across the parking lot. We recommend this property wholeheartedly.

We were first placed in a room that had not been cleaned from the previous night. We then were given a pet room that looks like it had not been used for a while

I booked this hotel on *******. When I got to the office to check in, the clerk told me my room was no longer available and that I would have to pay to upgrade to a different room. The new room was one that was listed on ******* for the same price. When I questioned this, the clerk told me he no longer had any rooms available and he wouldn’t rent anything to me. I got a refund and had to find another hotel. My husband and I are senior citizens so this was hard for us. This kind of practice is bait and switch. It should be illegal.
