Good location outside park, has breakfast cafe / tourist shop attached. Small yard animals in the back. Coin Laundry at the back of Building 3 was good for those on a road trip.

This property is very clean and surrounded by beautiful landscape everywhere you look. The people are friendly, the room is spacious and comfortable with microwave, fridge, dining table and chairs. We are very happy with this choice!

Family trip for two nights, very comfortable, great view of the mountains as well as a great location. Breakfast is a fantastic add and very good. Great bakery as well.

We had a great time while here. The included breakfast from the restaurant was great. We also ate there for dinner one night it was good too. The cafe onsite is also great. Definitely try the Bumbleberry pie and lemon ice cream. There's a shuttle stop for Zion in front of the Inn and plenty bike rentals and restaurant options with in walking distance. We loved it and will stay here again.

Great place to stay! Beautiful views! Only complaint is the walls are thin but to tired every nice to really notice. Very close to the entrance of Zions National park. Close enough that you can walk or catch a shuttle. Breakfast was delicious every morning and fast service. Get to the park early as the line for shuttles inside the park get long. One thing we wished we had researched is hiking The Narrows. You can rent dry clothes just outside the visitor center. It was a pretty awesome experience and wished we had allowed all day to hike it. Only had a few hours but still worth it.

Close to Zion National Park Entrance, parking was plentiful.
Transportation convenient to park. Afternoon and evening staff nice and helpful.
Bad: The morning lady was rude and never smiled. We were told the office opened at 7:00 am. At 7:20 the office doors were still closed. The morning lady stared at us and didn't move from her desk. We were never told the office was closed by her. We politely knocked for several minutes and she never acknowledged us. Finally another visitor walked by and said they open at 7:30. But there is NO SIGN on any office doors with your hours. The number to call after hours in the book you provided went directly to voice mail. Not helpful or accommodating to visitors. Second, the walls and especially the ceiling was very thin. We were awakened every morning at 5:00 am with horrible noise from above. But overall despite the lack of staff availability and support, we might stay again. We especially liked the breakfast restaurant and the small animal enclosures behind the hotel.
