The hotel has a beautiful environment and there are also shuttle buses. It is hard to find the lobby and ice machine! The lobby is actually in a small house like a security room at the gate; the ice machine is in the laundry room! The location and facilities are excellent. The hotel is located within the Ziion Park, and nearby restaurants and convenience stores are very convenient. Ctrip's customer service gave me the power to temporarily change the room type, and immediately resolved it and refunded the difference.
