This was allegedly an accessible apartment except that a staff member confirmed it wasn't after we returned home (no staff are available on weekends) but her belligerent manager denied this and threatened to sue us if we damaged their doors. This bloke made the trip so much worse with his ridiculous denials. Neither bathroom was properly accessible and the one I could access had a broken toilet paper dispenser and the toilet was so low, I hurt myself transferring back to my wheelchair. The bath cum shower. Forget it! The beds were a little higher than standard and like rocks🪨 Nothing was accessibility friendly unless by mistake and the doors were standard width and nothing else. It was like going back 40 years in time. The pluses were a decent price and good parking. The rooms were quiet and clean but threadbare which is probably why they couldn't be bothered fixing the toilet paper dispenser. We never came close to getting the accessible apartment we were told we had booked and paid for. We won't make this mistake again and will booking a proper disability accessible apartment next time.

Apartment location and floor level etc was excellent. However, It needed a big clean as there were marks still on fridge, cupboards, splash backs, walls, couch etc. Dust and build up throughout apartment. Spiders and spider webs etc. I ended.up.buying cleaning gear and gave the areas we used a good clean.

Good value for money, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, enough towels for each bathroom. Good location, just around the corner from the "free loop" bus stop which was very handy. Not too noisy considering we were close to town. Noise from neighbours was never an issue. Would definitely use again.

DO NOT STAY!!! THERE WAS EXTENSIVE MOLD THROUGHOUT THE VENTS. WALLS AND CURTAINS DIRTY. NOTHING EVER MAINTAINED. WASHER AND DRYER DIDNT WORK EITHER.

Room has a large amount of mould on the ceiling. Limited cooking utensils. Bathrooms old and dated. Rooms smelt bad like cigarettes. Air conditioning filters black and mouldy. Not worth the money we paid.
