This property needs an update and correct signage. With free to air channels being the only option that majority don’t work either by picture it sound which is not good with children. We were not provided with the bedding arrangement we requested and only 1 room had aircon and with that morning sun my child was in an extremely hot room with a fan that made no difference. The reception hours advise 9-3 and we arrived at 2:30 to it closed having to call and wait over 10 minutes to be let in to the property with no parking to cater for the delay to check in. I do not recommend this property. For the price you pay there are so many better choices. The only thing going for it is the location. If I had if wanted to stay at a backpackers quality property with a 5star pricing…. I would have booked one. Really disappointing.

Absolute rip off dont waste your money or time here. Pool was locked 🔒 Spa and gym was locked 🔒 Unable to use any amenities- was never advised before arrival. The first pic when booking is the pool- fake advertising. Over $600 for one night, the room is old disgusting carpet stinks, not sound proof have to be super quiet or your kicked out, not worth your time or money. They are rude ignore emails and phone calls all about the money not the guests.

This place had great location for events. Everything else was a bit of a let down. Clean on the surface but unclean on closer inspection. Heavy stains on carpet. Carpet lifting. Food under couches that hadn’t been vacuumed. Empty shower containers left in shower area on arrival.

It was ok for our short term purposes. The room is in desperate need of maintenance- needs a fresh coat of paint, the a/c unit needs to be cleaned (mouldy) and the couch was filthy. But it was ok overall. A little bit of care and maintenance would go a long way here

Great location and the parking was very easy. The property itself was comfortable; however the curtains and floors were quite dirty and the property could do with an update. There were lots of little things that were broken (toilet paper holder, cupboard doors etc). Overall good value for money and would probably stay again.

A/C & the beds where good , furniture was in poor condition, remotes where brocken, when complained got new batteries still didn't work dishwasher was full dirty water curtains where damaged & didn't work

The room was lovely and big however when we arrived there was glass pieces on the balcony which had not been cleaned up. Also the benches were sticky and the unit could do with a good deep clean. The area was nice and close to amenities and check in was easy.

Great apartment with all the amenities, it's also close to the city. Wasn't a fan of the walk up from the city to the apartments, but still good location. There is a bus that goes around Spring Loop (where Flynn Brisbane is located) but didn't have information on the bus schedule and pickup/drop off zones. will learn that next time. also would stay here again next time.

Although the communication with the remote reception was good I had many issues with this property. The TV did not work, the full kitchen had no cooking utensils and very limited odd crockery. Only one bedroom had airconditioning. One shower could not be used as the drains were completely blocked.The first impressions of the apartment was as if a long term tenant had moved out without a bond clean. The walls were grubby, every door with built up grime on the paintwork. Mouldy grout in the bathroom tiles. Blocked exhaust vents in the bathrooms. I was also given a key fir the wrong apartment so was inconveniently locked out for a very long time. This apartment desperately needs a repaint and new flooring. The pool was also closed in the middle of summer.

The property was in a great location, close to public transport etc. The apartment itself was a little 'dated'. It was a very hot couple of days in Brisbane and there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. The central AC wasn't powerful enough to cool the bedrooms down.

Sadly the property needs a major clean, it is smelly, filthy and in need of some deep cleaning. Our 2 bedroom apartment was booked and confirmed as a king & 2 singles, yet arrived at 9pm and found 2 kings. Emailed the property who did fix the beds the next day, but we had to move them and make them with what linen was there, revealing more filth under the bed. We booked it as close to St Andrew’s as our son was having heart surgery the next day. The lounge and cushions smelt horrible, a/c was dirty, it is a great solid property so a decent quality clean and paint would have it looking great!

The room was in need of a clean, I rewashed all the plates and cutlery because they had been put back in the cupboard dirty. Most of the furniture had damage, kitchen chairs broken, lounge was really dirty as was the laundry and verandah which had a large cobweb large enoughto knit a scarf with. One of the two pillows on each side had been used and the case just turned inside out and put back on. The 9am to 2 or 3pm closes makes it difficult for check outs but the manager graciously came to assist after hours. The external front difficult for the managers to keep clean because the Flynn is in an awesome location and the street is well used, I interrupted a man urinating on the front door iin the corner, difficult conditions but the foyer was clean. We will stay again
