At the end of our stay in another facility, thus place was recommended. We took a 2 hour spa session. Turkish and finnish saunas, both were nice. A warm pool and relaxing showers. Very nice facilities, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. Perfect place to rest. Kinda hard to find with google maps, with apple map will you get more accurate location.

Experience to forget. We stayed the weekend of April 27-28. Classic room, with PVC shower cubicle, broken and rusty, not eligible for a 4 star rating. We went out for dinner in Spoleto and on our way back, around midnight, we found the unthinkable: the restaurant room, which is located a few meters from the rooms, had become a disco with DJs and loud music. Hundreds of 18-25 year olds were dancing and drinking alcohol around the facility. The noise continued until 4 in the morning and did not allow us to sleep. The parking lot was full of cars and motorbikes. We called the front desk several times to complain to no avail. How is it possible that a relais surrounded by nature, with a spa and wellness center, can organize such an event? We should have made a complaint to the police, but we didn't want to ruin our stay further. Shameful, at the time of payment they didn't even offer a discount for the damage caused. We will never return. Except for the wellness center staff, who were very courteous and professional.

For the second time in a short time we returned to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday together with the family. Children and grandchildren were delighted because everything I had told turned out to be accurate. Excellent location, services and kind and attentive staff. Infinite spaces with manicured lawns. We will return because I would like to use the SPA which on these occasions we did as tourists.

Relais surrounded by greenery very close to Spoleto. Rooms definitely dated and too hot. We took advantage of the well-organized SPA with trained and helpful staff. The place is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. The services are discreet, the personal hygiene kit is good. The rooms are very warm and with centralized air conditioning. The Spa (for a fee) has a warm swimming pool with a couple of exercise bikes in the water, a small Turkish bath, a small sauna and a hot/cold fountain. It is ideal for an hour of relaxation and any treatments (extra cost). It would require a little more maintenance. The Spa is very beautiful, it's a pity that the opening times are a little shorter for the family (2pm/3.30pm) exceptional massages and treatments. Comfortable spa changing room.
