Beautiful and spacious room, we also made use of the garage, the location in the center was convenient, it allowed us to get around the city with the stroller, the treadmills were also nearby and the operators were very kind, it is the second time we have stayed here and not it will be the last.

Reception not a tempting place to stay, fairly overpowered by cheap potpourri aroma.Nothing wrong with the bedroom, but the bed wasn’t made or pillow cases changed in a week. Shower leaked presumably into the floor boards. Bidet didn’t function properly. Toilet had an incessant drip, which was rectified, but the repair only lasted a day. Miserable breakfast spread. Nothing kept chilled including yoghurt and juice. Awful cappuccino.

We did not stay at this hotel, however, my friend and I were exhausted and asked to sit down in the outside area, checking at reception if we could order a drink. The two women at reception were less than friendly nor helpful. They spoke to my friend in Italian and said that usually only guests were permitted to sit outside and order a drink, but given that the hotel was without customers we were allowed to sit there and they would take our order. We waited outside for some time whilst they continued their conversation. I went in to ask for a drinks list. I was told quite rudely that they didn’t have one-they only had Prosecco and wine. Beside ghe reception desk, there was a bar which had on display many different spirits and drinks, however, the women on duty weren’t prepared to offer them to us. I asked if we could have a gin and tonic and they finally agreed to this. I then went and sat back at our table. We waited again whilst they continued their conversation and ignored our requests.

What a characteristic hotel. All (most) rooms are different and have their own feel. It's a pleasure to stay here. Breakfast is abundant, the hotel staff very helpful and full of excellent restaurant suggestions. Looking forward to come back to this little gem TIP: reserve a carpark spot in their adjacent garage (for a fee)

Beautiful structure in the center of Spoleto, very friendly and helpful staff, possibility of garage, the only flaw is the slightly dated bathroom. The reference restaurant Barcaccia, not far from the hotel, is also very good, with typical cuisine and really excellent friendly and welcoming staff.

We booked from 15 to 17 March, two double rooms for single use for me and a dear friend of mine, but the hotel specified in the confirmation email that we will stay in the hotel annex and given the photos of a certain level of the hotel on their website, we didn't worry about it. Once we arrived in Spoleto we had the shock of finding 2 rooms devoid of any comfort, old and worn, with stains both on the floor and on the walls, peeling doors, rusty water heater without any safety cover. The attached photos are unequivocal proof of what we say. After more than 3 weeks and countless phone calls we received a refund for the stay which we did not use but for having ruined our holiday no one gave us anything back!!!

We had booked for a special evening... somewhere else! Except that once we arrived the structure in question didn't listen to us. Called at midnight, a very courteous person answered and gave us a splendid room at a much better price than the other one. We therefore celebrated the birthday in room 236. Very comfortable bed, large and spacious room, functional shower, very clean, very kind staff. An evening that could have become a disaster turned out to be a splendid discovery. If in the area we will definitely return
