Spokane Valley Hotels with Airport pickup service

Our stay was very good. The personnel manning the front desk appeared immediately when someone approached. The breakfast meal was good and plentiful. We both like the sausage and cheese sandwich especially. The facilities were very clean and everything was in good repair. All the staff were congenial.

I absolutely love this hotel and the quality of staff, quality of service, amenities and cleanliness! The day manager Cynthia Maxwell and her #1 Kanisha Evje were outstanding! They were so accommodating being that I had to check out early from a horrendous Ramada Inn! I have stayed for a few days to visit my family and will check out tomorrow but will be checking back in on September 10 thru the 13th on my way home to Honolulu! My husband and I stayed during the week of Thanksgiving. I worked three of the days from our room. The WiFi was great. The room was clean and when we asked for room service they came when it was convent for us and my work schedule that day. The continental breakfast was by far my favorite part of our stay, the food was amazing. The fresh baked cookies and happy hour was an added bonus. We swam in the heated pool with my niece and enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great stay and I would highly recommended it for a family or even a gateway destination.

The room was very clean and the front desk was good. Breakfast is an ordinary Western breakfast, good value for money, Holiday Inn chain hotels are not bad, working class preferred, compared, Ctrip is cheaper than booking, and also consulted with the front desk, through the official website member price generally 10% discount, but still cheaper through third-party platform 😊

The facilities are very good, but they are a bit old. Next to the highway, it is a bit noisy.

I’ve stayed at many Best Westerns and this one just did not meet my expectations. The continental breakfast was excellent. Great variety and attentive staff. The hotel however is in need of renovation. The room did not feel clean. There was pet hair on the carpet, chairs and bed as well as popcorn left from previous guests on the floor. The noise level in the room was high, constant slamming of doors from people exiting their rooms/the building. The gym and pool area also felt run down. The gym was very humid and had visible water damage and mold. There was a very loud machine noise in the pool area that made it hard to enjoy using the hot tub and pool. Unfortunately I would not stay here again.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! Soft, comfortable beds with good pillows. I stayed in an extended stay suite so it had a kitchenette which included anything you could need. Very clean hotel and top notch staff. Will definitely book again at any of their locations. I’m thankful I found this hotel while on a cross country move - I was able to recharge and slept like a baby. The front desk was incredibly accommodating in booking a room without a reservation given how busy it was. Truly appreciated!
